Chapter 3

After moving out of the villa, I moved into the old and shabby house I bought before getting married.

After arranging my daughter's clothes and toys properly, I took her ashes and prepared to bury her in the cemetery.

Before I went out, Ryan's phone kept ringing one after another.

In the past, it was difficult for my daughter to see him at home.

I had to hold my phone and make video calls to him over and over again.

But what I got in return was Ryan's impatient reproach.

"I just had a late social engagement, but you call me again and again. Can't you stop being so melodramatic?"

Now I saw dozens of missed calls on my phone. Without hesitation, I turned the phone off.

When my daughter wanted her father's company, he was always absent. Now that the child had passed away, I didn't want unnecessary people to disturb this final moment.

Unexpectedly, when I arrived at the cemetery, I saw Ryan and Rosy.

Rosy was holding a box in her hands and leaning on Ryan's shoulder, crying like a fool with tears streaming down her face.

I didn't want to see them, so I turned around and left on the spot.

I heard the angry voice of Ryan.

"Sandra, stop!"

I held my daughter's ashes box, like a walking dead, I didn't want to pay attention to him at all.

But Ryan stepped forward to stop me, and a trace of disgust flashed in his eyes.

""Where is our daughter?

I find it ridiculous and said, "You only think of finding our daughter now? It's too late!"

Ryan's face was full of anger: "The teachers at school said she hasn't been to class for several days. How do you educate your child as a mother? Call her out now, I must educate her well today!"

I looked at him blankly and said, "Get out of the way, don't block my way."

Ryan's face darkened: "Do you know, Sandra, that our daughter, at such a young age, has a malicious mind. Just yesterday, she actually stabbed the little dog raised by Rosy to death with a knife!"

I looked up at Ryan in disbelief.

After my daughter died, I couldn't contact Ryan. I had already informed his assistant as soon as possible.

I thought that when he mentioned the child, he would feel guilty in his heart, but he was actually accusing his daughter for Rosy.

Even though his daughter was dead, he still wanted to slander her.

Such a person was really unworthy of being a father!

I tried my best to restrain myself and choked out, 'Ryan, our daughter grew up under your care. She is usually so kind that she can't even bear to step on an ant. How can you have the face to misunderstand our daughter?!'

Ryan coldly shook his head and said, "Rosy is right. You won't admit it until you see solid evidence."

"Take a look at this yourself!"

Chapter 4

It was a surveillance video.

In the video, a girl in elementary school uniform took out a fruit knife from her schoolbag and stabbed Rosy's little Teddy to death.

The little girl in the video had double ponytails just like my daughter, and even carries the same backpack. From the back, they do look somewhat similar.

Rosy cried uncontrollably, gasping for breath and said, "Sandra, I know you have never liked me. But just because I have gotten close to Ryan, you can't let your daughter kill my dog, can you?"

She bit her lower lip tightly and said, "No matter what, it is still a life. It is so innocent and pitiful. Your daughter is so malicious at such a young age. If she is not disciplined properly, she will become a pervert in the future, won't she?"

Ryan looked at her with a heartache on his face, gently patting her back and said, "I will definitely seek justice for you and Funny."

Funny was the little Teddy mentioned by Rosy.

I looked at Ryan angrily and said, "You believe this woman but not your own daughter?"

Ryan glanced at me and said, "Sandra, if you can't educate our daughter properly, I will consider finding her a new mother."

Hearing this, I broke down and shouted, "You just want a divorce, don't you? I have already signed the divorce agreement. I won't be your wife anymore. You can marry the girl?"

"I beg you, don't blame our daughter for this mess!"

After saying this, I tried to leave again.

This scene was originally directed and performed by Rosy.

But she persisted and insisted on coming forward to argue with me. "No, your daughter killed my dog. I must make her kowtow three times in front of Funny's grave!"

'If she refuses, then you have to do it!'

Seeing that I didn't move, Rosy started to make a scene. She said, "Ryan, are you just going to watch them bully me like this? You know how important Funny is to me. Now that it's gone, I don't want to live anymore!"

Ryan frowned and came forward to hold my shoulder directly. "Sandra, since you insist on protecting our daughter, then you have to kowtow instead!"

Saying that, Ryan pressed me to the ground, grabbed my hair, and slammed my head hard against the floor.

My forehead hit the cement floor and made a loud noise.

I tightly protected my daughter's ashes box with my hands, allowing them to mistreat me.

However, after the three kowtows, my forehead was bleeding and a large area turned red.

Rosy suddenly looked at the box in my hand and said, "Ryan, she followed us to the cemetery secretly, holding the box in her hand. She must have bad intentions."

Ryan took a step forward and reached out to me and said, "What is that? Give it to me."

At this moment, my hair was messy, my face was dirty, and my collar was torn with a gap, but I held the urn tightly and kept retreating and said, "Don't come near me..."

Rosy coldly snorted and rushed forward to snatch it and said, "You refuse to show it to us, there must be something fishy!"

In the struggle, the box fell to the ground, and the ashes were instantly blown everywhere by the wind.

I went crazy and knelt on the ground, reaching out to protect the ashes, crying and shouting, 'I'm sorry... I'm sorry...'

Rosy stepped on my fingers and said, "It turns out to be a pile of flour. Are you also pretending that your pet died to gain sympathy from Ryan?"

Ryan looked at me coldly and said, "Sandra, you have disappointed me."

In my grief, I suddenly had a burst of strength and fiercely grabbed Rosy's ankle, giving it a hard pull.

Rosy instantly fell to the ground, and then I went crazy and fought with her while straddling her.

"You wanted Ryan, and I have already given him to you. Why did you have to kill my daughter? Why did you have to destroy her peace after death!"

Rosy's face was swollen, and she desperately shouted, "Ryan, save me!"

Ryan was stunned for a moment, then came forward and shook my shoulder. He said, "Sandra, what did you just say? Who killed our daughter, what peace after death, explain it clearly!"

In anger, I raised my hand and slapped Ryan.

'Ryan, do you know that the ashes you knocked over just now are your daughter's ashes?'
