Chapter 2

The golden rays of the sun were decaying the darkness around the world. The morning songs of the little birds are dim by the roaring sounds of the ocean waves. The wind is moist, but the weather is cheery. The sun-bathed sand grains were getting cold from the waves of the sea. The continued suffering of thirst and calm.

The morning around this beautiful cabin is more pleasant than the ravishing night. It is a wooden cabin made by the shores of the sea.

The pillars hold the cabin up off the ground, and there are stairs to go up to the front door. As you climb the stairs and enter inside, the first thing is an aesthetic sitting area and a little library. The cabin has two rooms, a beautiful kitchen, and a little storeroom. The prominent thing around this place is dark woodwork and white curtains. The white curtains are flying due to the wind coming from the open windows.

As you cross the sitting area, the doors of the two rooms are closed. One of the rooms is empty and silent, signifying no one is present inside it. The empty bed, a dressing table, and a closet are the only pieces of furniture in the room. The windows are closed, and the lights are turned off.

Being bored by that, when you enter the other room. It is filled with a pleasant scent. The sweet scent of a woman's perfume mingled with the intoxicating scent of a man.

A man is sleeping peacefully, wrapped in a blanket. His arm covered his eyes and half of his face. On the other hand, the woman is sitting on the bed.

Her name is Lucy Griffin. Lucy is staring at the man sleeping beside her. He looks so peaceful.

A smile crept up on her beautiful lips.

Lucy is the definition of beauty. Lucy's face shines bright like the glow of gold. Her eyes are deeper than the sea. A thought of last night crossed her head. A beautiful blush crept up on her cheeks, enhancing the natural glow on her face. The dark brown curly hair was done in a bun. She is wearing a white shirt that didn't seem like it fit her. But the piece of clothing belonged to this handsome man.

The man shifted in his sleep. He turned his face towards the bed and his back on the woman. She shifted towards him and started drawing some unknown patterns on his back.

"Dark, Dark..." She whispered in his ear.

"Mhm..." He murmured.

"Dark, wake up. We are getting late." Lucy whispered. She placed her lips on his back.

"Hmm..." He again muttered.

"Dark, we have to leave. I am waiting for you to wake up. So we can go back. We have a flight in two hours." Her voice was very soft. He turned around and wrapped his arms around the woman's body. A smile came upon his face.

"Good Morning, my love!" He placed a kiss on her forehead.

"Good Morning to you too." She said. Her head rested upon his chest. They both remained like this for a few moments.

"We have to get ready and leave..." She said again.

"Okay, come on, let's go take a shower." He suggested. She nodded her head.

"Dark, are you sure about this?" She asked him.

"Lucy, do you trust me?" He asked.

"I trust you with my life," Lucy said without any doubt.

"So, don't worry! We will be fine. I have to do it." He said. She nodded her head.

"If we are successful. It will be our biggest win." She smirked. His expression was the same as Lucy's.

"There was a call for you," Lucy informed him.

"For me? Who called for me?" He asked in wonder.

"You never told me you have a sister..." She raised an eyebrow, looking directly into his eyes.

Dark looked taken aback or in deep thought... But he nodded his head.

"Yeah, I do have a sister. But it's old news. Not very important..." He said.

"It is now important... A girl called late in the night. She said she needs help. AND she is your sister," Lucy gave him the latest news. A few lines formed on his forehead.

"Help?" Dark repeated a single word from her past sentence.

"Yeah, she said she is in some trouble," Lucy said.

"Okay, we will look into it later... For now, we have to catch a flight. Go take a shower and get ready. I need to make a few phone calls." He said. Lucy moved away from him, noticing the change in his tone. He needs privacy. Lucy got up and went into the bathroom.

After she left, Dark shifted in his bed. He moved towards Lucy's side table and took his phone. He lifted his body from the bed. He was now sitting on the corner of the bed. Dark looked in deep thought...

Dark's broad shoulders stiffened within his toned, muscular back. The muscles of his body show that he regularly goes to the gym or does exercise. Dark moved his fingers in his ruffled hair to settle them down. He got up from the bed to walk out of the room. He didn't want Lucy to hear his conversation.

Dark stepped out of his room in his shorts. His abs are like chiseled shining metal. The rigid muscles of his arms stiffened. The nerves popped out when he moved his hand to settle his hair.

Dark walked towards the front door. He opened it and came out. He stepped down the stairs, walking towards the sea.

After he crossed a meaningful distance. He took out his phone and looked at the screen. He redialled the unknown number in call history.

The phone rang a few times... But no one picked it up. He again dialed the number. AND this time someone picked it up.

"Hello, Dark?" A woman's voice erupted from the speaker.

"Simara!!!" He could recognise her voice among millions. She is her sister...

Chapter 3

Three thousand kilometers away from Dark. In the Royal Moon Pack. Rebecca was so happy after hearing the news of Simara getting tracked by Julie. The burden on her heart was getting heavier day by day. Three weeks ago, Simara ran from the pack. Another problem at Rebecca's hands. Simara didn't leave anything in the pack vault. She took everything with her; it was too late before Rebecca realized that Simara was a con and a traitor to the pack.

Not long ago, it was Rebecca who gave Simara a place in the pack. It was a good gesture from Rebecca, given her kind nature. But it was her biggest mistake. Since then, the whole pack started accusing her of being a bad leader.

The continued rogue attacks on her pack. The conflicts between the pack members. The bad defense around the borders. Now and then a new challenge was ahead of Rebecca. A million thoughts of being a terrible leader of the pack crossed Rebecca's mind. She was so guilty and trying to solve the problem of wealth and fight for territory. A thought crossed her mind to sign a treaty with another pack. And she was working on it. So, she can at least run the pack smoothly and fulfill all the necessities of the pack members.

Rebecca's pack is the largest in numbers around the continent, but as large as it is... It is not too strong, and there is no balance and cooperation between the pack members. It is not Rebecca's fault, but this pack has been running like this for years... Rebecca didn't know that it would become the worst headache of her life running this pack.

Rebecca Moon became the Luna of the pack at the age of eighteen. It was five years ago... She is 23 years old, and she was becoming successful in her goal to improve the pack conditions. She is the daughter of an Alpha. Her father was the past leader of this pack. He gave the pack and title to Rebecca. She didn't want it; she never wanted it. But it is always like this... The responsibilities were too much! She was annoyed at first, but then she accepted it.

Rebecca's parents were happily watching her getting the title of Luna. AND Rebecca was thinking to make this pack strong, powerful, and independent.

Rebecca has so many responsibilities on her shoulders. She works all the time in her office making schemes and plans to do something to change the thoughts of the old pack members. But in the upcoming years, she realized it was all in vain. There is no change in the old wolves. So, she stopped trying to change the elder wolves. Twice a week, Rebecca patrols the pack lands by herself only to find the same problems all over again...

After struggling for two years, she got an idea. Rebecca thought to do something with the young generation, so their mind didn't get corrupted like their parents. So, she started to train the young wolves; they will become the future warriors of the pack.

Rebecca passed a law. The young wolves must join the training sessions. Not only that, but she also wants to educate them... She spent some wealth from the pack vault to open a training institute.

Rebecca also started spending time with her pack members to understand their problems better and solve the issues. In all her struggle, two people were beside Rebecca. Her best friend Julie Silver and Julie's boyfriend Simon Abel. They both later became Beta and Delta both now handling all the matters of the pack.

After spending four years working hard for the pack. Rebecca was successful in establishing a guard for the pack. The army of young and trained werewolves and the problems of elder wolves were being solved slowly. She was happy with her work. The pack was slowly becoming peaceful and powerful.

As she thought, it was all going well. From last year, suddenly the rogue attacks started on her pack, creating panic among all the pack members.

After six months of suffering, she solved this problem with Julie and Simon. And then Rebecca gave Simara shelter in her pack, making the biggest mistake of her life.

Rebecca was now handling the office work and dealing with her allies. Julie is her best friend, whom she trusts the most, and she is like her younger sister. Julie handles all the common pack problems such as fights and conflicts and recruits new members for their team.

Simon Abel handles the training institute, getting more young warriors to make their pack stronger. Another member of their team is Garrick Fols; he is a pack doctor. He helps Rebecca in educating the young wolves and giving them jobs. Such as nurses, volunteers for school, teachers, architects, and many more...

Rebecca's pack was becoming what she dreamt of. But three weeks ago, Simara. Six months ago, Rebecca sheltered her in the pack and gave her a job to live independently. She was working as a security guard in the pack. She robbed the vault of the pack and ran away, causing another problem for Rebecca. It was all the wealth Rebecca secured for her pack in these past years...

Rebecca struggled so much! She was tired, and she gave up on looking for Simara. But yesterday, Julie gave her the news that they tracked Simara. She thought her problem would be solved soon... Little did she know that the return of Simara would not only solve her problem but it will change the life of Rebecca and the fate of her pack.

Three thousand far from Rebecca. At the coast of the sea stood Crysler Dark. The phone clutched in his hands.

"Why did you call me?" He questioned.

"I need your help." She replied.

"Simara? What is going on? Where are you?" He asked.

"Brother, I have a very big problem. I did a big robbery from a pack. I thought I would get away with it. But they tracked me. I don't know what to do... Please, help me. Get me out of here..." She was talking in a panicked voice. Dark's expression went cold.

"You robbed a pack? What is the name of the pack?" He asked.

"Royal Moon Pack," Simara told him. Another shadow on Dark's face. But it was not rage; it was evil.

"How can I reach you?" He asked.

"Master Waslof. Go to him. He is hiding in a cabin far south of the Royal Moon Pack. He can help you track me." She was talking in a hurry.

"Okay, don't worry, I will soon be there..." He replied, then ended the call without hearing another word from her...

Crysler was now smirking, thinking about his idea. He never thought it would be so easy to get a pass in that pack. But his little sister made a mistake like always and helped him in his upcoming mission.

Chapter 4

(Royal Moon Pack)

The training ground was crowded. All the young wolves were gathered around to see the fight between Luna Moon and Beta Julie. It was a friendly fight session.

Both she-wolves were growling and circling each other on the ground. They haven't attacked each other yet...

Everyone was enjoying themselves and watching carefully. Who will attack first? The anticipation!!!

A boy with reddish hair and green eyes came out from the packhouse.

There are a few freckles on his skin.

He is tall and muscular.

He is wearing a black shirt and shorts under it.

Simon Abel is third in command of the pack.

Simon is the boyfriend of Julie.

He is also Julie's mate.

Simon came towards the training grounds.

He was watching both of them with a bored expression.

It's their usual boring fight.

"Luna Moon, excuse me. Can you both listen to me for a second?" Simon said. They didn't hear him because of the noise.

"Luna..." He said loudly. But no one paid attention to him.

"Luna Moon, I am trying to connect with both of you. There is a problem." Simon said in a loud, booming voice.

Simon's face was laced with worry. Rebecca attacked first- Simon face-palmed himself. He was watching both of them tangling and biting each other.

But after his booming voice effect. Julie and Rebecca heard him. Because they were in their wolf form, they ran towards the trees. They shifted back to their human form, then came back towards Simon.

"What?" They said in unison.

Simon spoiled their fun, and they looked mad. He gulped.

"Luna, I sent Julie to you to inform you. She didn't tell you about the problem?" He asked Rebecca.

Rebecca looked towards Julie in confusion. She bit her tongue, then nodded her head.

"Yeah, I told you." She said to Rebecca.

"Luna, the girl stole everything. You will let her go like this?" Simon asked her..."

"I am not letting her go anywhere... I know where she is hiding." Rebecca said.

"Why are we not going right now?" Simon asked, looking both of them bewildered.

"Simon, there will be no fun. She thinks she will run away. But the girl is not aware that she can not run forever... We know her location." Julie said.

Simon sighed, taking a deep breath. Simon looked towards their faces, not understanding their plan.

This is a serious situation. He has to tell them.

"Luna, we had her location." He said, then stopped.

They both looked towards him in shock.

"What do you mean by that?" Julie asked.

"I am trying to mid link you for thirty minutes... But you were not responding. We had her location because she was in our pack territory. But..." He stopped, taking a deep breath. Rebecca and Julie's faces were getting pale.

"I came to tell you that the girl left the pack territories. Our runners are still on the catch. I told Julie the location because I wanted both of you to go behind her..." Simon explained it all to Rebecca.

Her face went white. AND Julie had the same expression as her...

"We have to do something now..." Simon said.

"What do we do?" Rebecca's voice came out like a ghost. They both made a very big mistake.

"Luna, listen to me. She would not have gone too far away..." Simon said. Rebecca came out of the shock.

"Okay, Okay. We can catch her... Both of you, get some fast runners and go with them. I can not trust anyone right now... Right now!!! I am going alone. Just get her back as soon as possible..." Rebecca ordered. They both nodded. Simon went to get some runners.

"I am sorry, Rebecca. I didn't realize..." Julie said. But Rebecca shook her head.

"It's not your fault. Don't worry. Go with Simon." She said. Julie nodded her head, then went behind Simon.

Rebecca turned back into her wolf. She searched the area then ran into the woods to capture Simara.

It was so difficult to get out of the territory of the pack. But Simara was successfully out of the pack boundaries. She thought she was safe! She called her brother late in the night. She didn't have any hope that he would help Simara. But a girl picked up the phone.

Simara spent the night in the cave. Her brother called her back in the morning, opposite of her expectations. He said he would come to help her... After some hiding, she heard the roars of the wolves. She again started running for her life from the wolves running behind her; they were on her tail.

Simara was still in shock. She got caught stealing from the vault of the pack land. Simara planned it all for months to get into their pack to do this heist. She was so sure that no one would doubt her.

But it was her overconfidence. Simara was in the security unit, so it was easy for her to get into the vault. But she took the money from the vault. All the alarms went on...

Simara disconnected all cameras. She also turned off all alarms, but she didn't know about these secret alarms.

Simara was standing with the bag filled with all the wealth of the pack. The only way to not get killed was to run away from the pack land. If Simara got caught right now, Luna Moon would punish her; the only punishment for a traitor is death. She had to get away from here; then she would think of some plan to save her life.

Simara ran out of the chamber. Her eyes wandered to see if someone was near the vault. There was a crowd of guards surrounding the area. She scanned her surroundings for an escape. But all she saw were werewolves growling and searching attentively to catch the culprit.

Simara didn't have another choice. She shifted into her wolf form and then started running towards the Pack Boundaries.

All the guards started running behind her; the warriors were patrolling the boundaries. Simara had to hide.

After hiding for an hour, she again ran and crossed the boundaries from the south direction.

Simara felt many wolves running behind her. They were all runners in search of the thief and traitor.

She didn't stop. Simara was as fast as possible in one direction. Suddenly, she felt a presence. A very strong presence was very close to Simara.
