Chapter 6

Rumours are said to start from somewhere then it spreads like a wildfire in the woods burning down every tree it passes, the wind being of major help.

The latest rumour in Christon high wasn't about the sixteen year old cheerleader who got assaulted by her math teacher nor was it about how Dav dumped his boyfriend in the middle of a game.

As Cephan Miller walked down the hallway, eyes followed, and the murmurs were very much audible.

He opened his locker and took a book from it and as he shut it, his teammate's face popped up.

"Hey, Miller," he greeted, giving him their not-too -secret team handshake.

"What's up bro, heading to class?" He asked bluntly as though two girls weren't giggling behind him.

"Sure."

They walked in silence although the eyes that stared in judgement said a lot, the whispers of both disapproval, gossip and daydreaming filled the hall as they strode past the hall.

"They're asking what dating your teacher feels like," Jacob finally spoke, breaking the silence.

Cephan shrugged, pretending not to know what had just said.

"Date my teacher? Who the fuck said I was dating a teacher?"

"The entire school, bro. Some guy said he saw you guys kissing and you've been frequenting her office too," Jacob explained, telling how some kid found him in a questionable position with a certain Miss Abby Sean.

Cephan suddenly remembered the shadow that ran after Abby had closed the door. He laughed rubbing his temple.

"People always want something to talk about. Last time it was that basketball captain, Cephan Miller in a relationship with David Brown-" he sighed before adding, "Dav is basically my long time enemy, and now it's that I'm in a relationship with some boring teacher. Come on, they should pick a side!"

Jacob laughed as they reached the classroom.

"You're right though, they should really pick a side, and even if you were in a relationship, it's not some boring ass teacher, right?"

Cephan gave an awkward grin and turned to enter the class.

"Coming for a smoke?"

"Nah, I'll pass," he said, entering the class.

He needed to have a talk with Abby before things went out of hand, after all rumours hardly died in Christon high except one gave a reason for it to.

One cup of coffee

A warm blanket and a woman by the side - a sexy woman.

"I called in sick from work because I needed to speak with you, Miss... Abby," Cephan said, taking a sip from his coffee.

He called in sick from work and they gladly gave him the permission to even stay a week away if he wanted to after all he had worked overtime for two years straight without breaking down.

He needed the break, although he didn't plan to stay a week off work - he needed the money most.

"I know, I heard about those stupid rumours," Abby replied, her fingers resting on his shoulder. He shivered at her touch, aware of how dangerous she was.

He bit his lips hard then spoke, "It's the truth anyways. I ended up putting you in my mess, Abby."

Abby inched closer to him, glancing at his handsome face. He looked like a Greek god except his eyes were never bright enough.

She knew about his family but never thought to pry and it seemed he didn't want to talk about it.

"Your mess? Hah... I'm the adult here anyways. It's our mess Ceph, and we'll find a way to stop it," she said, taking a slice of cake from the plate that sat quietly on the small table.

Cephan dropped the cup and turned to face her, his lips quivered which made him all the more tempting to touch.

"It's just been really hard for me and involving you I'm my shit was really selfish of me. Maybe we should just stop what we're doing, you might get fired."

He wished he could regret ever starting this thing they had for each other but he couldn't.

It had to stop some way or she'd be in deep trouble. His heart ached so he rubbed it gently with his index and middle finger.

"Do you regret it?" She asked, her brown eyes staring right at his soul. Abby's eyes were glassy, she didn't know why she acted vulnerable and pitiful in front of this guy. Her eyes began to tear up, and holding it in was no longer an option so it fell down her cheeks.

"No. I want to, but I can't-"

Cephan brushed his finger against her cheeks wiping her tears even though fresh ones fell.

"You know what?" She looked at him curiously, not sure of what he wanted to say.

"What?" She asked.

A smile appeared on Cephan's face, he took her face and brought it close to his. He whispered,

"Let's fuck."

***

Cephan wondered why the fuck the streetlights were going on and off. He walked alone, his hands in his pocket while he thought of how far his relationship with Abby had gone. Three weeks already passed and he already explored every bit of her.

He somewhat felt guilty for denying Miss Abby in front of Jacob but it was needed.

He still never asked her age, but he knew he didn't really care.

Thinking of her made his heart beat fast, and he bit his lips to hold in his groan.

"Yooo, brother," someone called.

Cephan rolled his eyes already knowing who that was. A deep voice that annoyed every bit of him and his minions following behind him.

David Brown.

"Yo, Dav," he said, turning to face them.

Dav came towards him, his guys following him, they all had a cigar in their mouth except Christian Waner who had a lollipop stuck in his mouth.

"The rumours are rather pleasing to the ear," he said, puffing out smoke.

Dav placed the cigar between his lips and sucked it in hard, he took a step closer and blew it on Cephan's face.

"Care for a smoke?"

Cephan rolled his eyes before taking the cigar. "Handing me a cigar still doesn't explain why you're tailing me. Prolly one of your boys who spread that rumour?" He asked sucking in the air from the cigar.

"Nah, we're here to invite you to a party," Chuck said, pulling out a paper from his pocket and handing it to him.

Cephan glanced through it without grabbing a word from it. He wasn't going to come as long as they were the ones hosting it or even attending it.

"I'll pass, I gotta go," he said, turning to leave.

"We have a surprise - something to do with your teacher. You'll love it, it's this Saturday," Dav said and that piqued his interest.

They wanted to say something about Abby at the party. His eyes widened at the thought of them knowing about their class- office sex.

"I'll be there," he grumbled, throwing the cigar on the floor and walking out.

Those bastards had struck a nerve in him, and he wasn't going to let them go scot free.

Chapter 7

How could someone's basement be that loud?

That was what Cephan Miller thought as he placed the already lit cigar between his lips. He watched as everyone partied - bodies swayed, screams came from different directions and of course the moaning and groaning coming from all parts of the basement.

Apparently the party should've stayed in the basement, but with the sound coming from all directions, Cephan could swear it had moved upstairs.

"I thought you don't smoke," someone said, making him look up.

"Paige," he murmured, sucking in air from the smoke that sat between his index and middle finger.

Paige wasn't the typical high school girl who either stuck with the cool kids or the nerds. She was a loner through and through and how Cephan had encountered her was well... They once had a group project together before.

"I won't say it's a regular thing, just a lot on my mind," he said, throwing the cigar in the ashtray that sat on the table before him.

"How come you're here?" She asked and he had asked himself that same question.

He thought if coming here was even a good idea, for all he knew, Dav could easily spread whatever evidence he had against he and Abby in this party, but he hadn't.

Cephan shrugged.

"Dav invited me, but I know it's not for something good, anyways," he answered, cracking his knuckles.

Strangely, the sight of the girls dancing irked him and all he wanted to do was go home and wrap himself up in a warm blanket.

"I should go grab a drink, Paige - something to make me high, I guess. The smoke didn't work," he muttered and stood to leave. She nodded at him staring fixedly until he disappeared up the stairs.

Cephan moved to the kitchen and grabbed whatever alcohol he saw. As he strode down the stairs, someone waved and immediately he knew that meant trouble.

"Yo, Miller. Let's play a game, you wanna join?" Dav asked, wearing a sinister grin.

Cephan scoffed knowing what Miller meant was that he should join if he didn't want him to ruin his life.

"Sure." He walked to where Dav, his guys and some girls sat.

Once his eyes made contact with the bottle on the floor, he knew what game they were playing at.

This was the same game that made him fuck Miss Abby in her office at school.

"What the fuck does he want now," he grunted plopping down on the floor, his drink in his hand.

The game started softly with everyone knowing the rules, this time it was two dares and a truth and no one complained about it.

They couldn't.

A certain Mira was dared to give Chuck a blowjob till he came.

Cephan watched her as she stuck Chuck's dick into her mouth, swallowing it whole. She moved her mouth up and down, using her tongue to play with it.

Chuck gasped, pulling her by the hair and controlling her head movement.

"When was the last time you did this?" Someone teased as the girl sucked him even harder. Chuck groaned, making her go faster.

"Yooo it's coming!" Mason said, wetting his lips. Everyone cooed.

Chuck groaned inwardly pushing her head down and back up with force until it spilled - that creamy fluid scattered all over her face and mouth.

Mira swallowed it hard, staring at Chuck with a drunk expression.

"What do you think about this Miller?" A voice spoke up, making Cephan shoot his head up.

"Typical teenage parties," he replied Dav dryly, sagging his shoulders.

"Then you'll love it if one of the girls gave you one," he kept on.

Cephan glared at him, his face twisted in sheer disgust for him.

"I'll pass, I'm not in the mood to jerk off or something."

The game continued and Cephan almost lost hope that it wouldn't reach him, not that it mattered.

"Truth or dare, Mama's boy," Christian said, interrupting his thoughts.

"Dare."

He gulped down the content in the bottle, the coldness washing down his throat.

"Make Paige over there-" he pointed to where Paige sat scrolling through her phone.

"Kiss you for three whole minutes."

The group howled knowing how weird the girl was.

Cephan glanced over at where Paige sat wondering when she got there. He stood and walked over to her while the group watched with interest.

He stopped behind her and bent over to whisper in her ear.

"Kiss me. Those guys want me to," he said bluntly.

Paige's eyes widened for what looked like a minute, her mouth shaped like an O.

"I promise to be really good at it," he said, bringing out a more undecipherable reaction from her.

"I'll rather let Dav fuck me." She scoffed looking back at her phone.

"He's gay," he pointed out and she chuckled.

Paige turned her head so that their eyes met. She never knew much about this guy that stood before her, but the way he was so blunt and straight to the point about what he wanted made her heart skip a little.

It felt strange liking something that was so inappropriate.

"Make it quick," she whispered.

"Three minutes."

"What..."

Cephan didn't let her finish, he smashed his lips on hers sliding his tongue into her mouth. The feeling of guilt tugged at him and his chest tightened - it felt as though he was cheating on someone.

On his property.

Just then his timer beeped and he let her go, wiping the spit from his lips.

Paige breathed heavily holding her chest to steady herself.

"You're a good kisser," she muttered.

"Thanks."

Cephan walked back to the group as they cheered, but he didn't like what he felt.

He needed to leave there before he did something worse than just kissing.

"Miller, Truth or dare?" Dav asked, smiling wickedly.

Was it already his turn? He thought rubbing his temple.

"Truth," he answered subconsciously.

Why the fuck did his head hurt so bad.

"Did you fuck Miss Abby Sean?"

Cephan stoned as soon as the question left that bastard's mouth.

He opened his mouth to speak but no words left them. The room was suddenly quiet, everyone waiting for an answer to their rumour.

He could lie in that game and no one would know. He reminded himself that he was doing this for Miss Abby.

"No, she's not even my type-" he stood, dusting invisible dust from his trousers.

"And you know what? I'm done with this game. I'm leaving!" He scolded walking out without another word.

Who did David Brown think he was meddling with his personal life?

He stood outside and groaned as the headache increased.

Just then, four guys stepped out surrounding him.

"What do you want? If that's the surprise you wanted to show me, then you failed," Cephan scowled, digging his hands into his pocket.

Suddenly, Dav bursted out into a sinister laugh. He held his stomach as he cackled menacingly, questions ran through Cephan's mind.

Was there something else or had he just gone completely out of it.

Dav glared at him, his piercing gaze sent some disturbing waves towards Cephan.

"The real surprise is here..."

Christian raised his phone and clicked on a video.
