She rolled away not wanting to be spotted. She thought she was able to escape and hide but all of a sudden the spotlight changed its direction as if searching for someone in the open field. The other she-wolves ran following the spotlight like fools and Andreitte would like to laugh at them but her laughter has been frozen suddenly when she found herself being illuminated already by the spotlight!

She tried to roll further but the spotlight followed her body and in just a few seconds, two warriors came toward her and swiftly lifted her up like she has no weight. They grabbed each of her hands.

“Let me go! Why choose me if they much wanted than I do, to be the new Alpha’s breeder?!” she sneered at them while pointing her fingers at the other she-wolves who all looked disappointed while glaring at her with anger and some with envy.

“Shut up!” one of the warriors snarled at her. “It is the Moon Goddess that chose you. It is your fate, she-wolf Zeta!”

She could feel her head wanting to burst out in defiance of what the warrior had said. “I have a different dream and that is not to become an Alpha’s breeder. Let me go!” she screamed angrily but the two warriors just laughed at her.

“You cannot change your fate, She-wolf, Zeta, bear that in your mind,” the same warrior replied at her while the other one was just silent, firmly holding her right wrist.

Looking around Andreitte knew that she has no way out. Warriors were scattered around to guard the whole premises. There is no escaping for her this time.

She took a deep breath and tried to calm herself. If she cannot escape from her now, she has still lots of time to do that before the first Alpha would come to her to deflower her.

Thinking about the first Alpha who would come to take her, suddenly brought shivers in her every vein.

“I will not allow that to happen,” she thought desperately. 

When the two warriors pulled her and forced her to walk, she looked at them calmly. She even gave them a friendly smile and did not dare to defy them anymore. She shut her mouth and simply followed. She needs to change her tactic, otherwise, she might end up being more, well-guarded the whole time, and it will be her total downfall.

Andreitte was brought to the palace of the Alpha King for a quick appearance to the members of the Council of Elders, who convened to receive and give their blessings to her.

On one hand, the Alpha King is not obliged by the rule to see the new Alpha’s breeder, so Andreitte did not expect that finally, she will be seeing the most elusive Alpha King in the Palace.

Only a few in their realm already saw the Alpha King. Most of the time, it is his Beta or his Viceroy who would usually reach out to the constituents on his behalf. Only a chosen few were able to mingle with him. No one was even allowed to take a photo of the Alpha King and for so long, many amongst the constituents especially she-wolves are curious about what the Alpha King really looks like.

Andreitte was silent and forced herself to be obedient whenever the two warriors tells her what to do. She followed them in going to the conference room, where the members of the council of elders were gathered together to meet her even if it was already past midnight.

“She-wolf, Zeta, you will be brought now to your own little palace, where you may consider yourself as a queen, like an ant queen who will live inside to breed,” the serious warrior for the first time spoke and Andreitte could not tell if there was a mockery on his tone, or his statement was purely a serious statement and nothing more.

In reply, she looked at her blankly but nodded thereafter.

She was already presented to the members of the Council of Elders and had received each of their blessings to her, which Andreitte despises deep inside of her.

The whole time, Andreitte’s wolf, Annie, has been silent. Andreitte could not tell if Annie is happy about her being the newly chosen Alpha’s breeder or like her, Annie is also mourning with fear and sadness.

Inside and outside of the palace, the news about Andreitte being the new Alpha’s breeder has been scattered all over their pack members including the other packs, whose single Alphas are waiting for the moment that a new Alpha’s breeder will be chosen.

The next day, Andreitte’s parents were being called to the palace by the Alpha King, the King of all Alphas whom they knew to have created such an Alpha’s breeder rule. They were met by the Alpha King’s Viceroy.

As a rule, the parents of the new Alpha’s breeder will receive a sack of gold as a way of giving them the honor and prestige for raising such a good and healthy kind of she-wolf daughter, who eventually became the newly chosen Alpha’s breeder.

Andreitte's parents were full of pride and of course happiness as they accepted the sack of gold as a gift from the Alpha King.

When  Andreitte woke up that day, she looked around the small castle that she lives in now, which is just nearby the big palace of the Alpha King. Only then that she came to admire the beauty and elegance that surrounds her. But, this does not change her decision nor turn her dislike to like.

Andreite even smirked. “So, this is one of the reasons why many she-wolves wanted to become an Alpha’s breeder?” Andreitte thought. She walked further and noticed that the whole premises was surrounded by a high fence and every gate has been guarded by two guards. It has two gates, the front gate, and the back gate, which is leading to the vastness of the ocean. There is no way out unless she will try to swim from this place to the next island.

“How will I be able to escape from here?” Andreitte thought while her wise mind was checking every possibility and opportunity on how she can be able to get out of this place before the first chosen Alpha would come to take her.

“Madam Andreitte, I was assigned as your personal servant. I am Leylie. Whatever you need, I am here to fulfill them.” Andreitte was surprised when the young she-wolf bowed in front of her as she returned to her room. Leylie was already there standing while waiting for her return.

She looked at Leylie with keenness, checking if she could be trusted. A mere look of Leylie however, readily made Andreitte determine that her loyalty is with the Alpha King and not to her. She cannot trust her, therefore. She cannot actually trust anyone inside of this mini-castle. This will be her prison cell for five years, should she will not find a way to escape.

“Madam Andreitte, is there a problem please?” Leylie seemed to be immediately worried when she did not respond to her.

“Oh, I am sleepy and I returned her to my room to rest. Nice meeting you, Leylie. You can roam around if you like. I wanted to rest and I will not be needing your services in the meantime,” Andreitte said quickly to calm her.

“I see. Have a rest then, Madam Andreitte, I will just be around. By the way, inside your room, there is a doorbell button. You can push that if you need something and immediately I or anyone nearby will be coming to help you,” Leylie said and Andreitte was surprised upon learning how she would be treated like a queen inside of this mini-castle.

“That would be nice. I will remember that then, Leylie. Bye for now,” She replied at her before she gently closed the door of her room and locked the doorknob.

She wanted to stay in her room for now. She has seen everything inside and around the premises of this mini-castle. She even took the stairs to its rooftop tower and saw how wonderful the outside could be. She saw the vastness of the land as well as the blueness of the ocean nearby. 

It is time for her to make a plan. She was given three days to adjust herself inside this mini-castle before the first Alpha would come to bed her. Just thinking about it, she wanted to puke, run or worst jump from this castle's tower.

“Tower! Goodness, that tower will be my way outside!” suddenly, a grand idea, flashed through Andreitte’s intelligent mind. A wiser and intelligent mind, made a Zeta like her, to stand among the rest of the werewolves except of course the  Alphas and the Alpha King and sometimes an Ultima, whose intelligence too could be equal to Zetas.

Before sleeping that night, Andreitte already made a sketch inside the mind of her plan on how to escape using the castle’s tower.

Andreitte made sure to act as if she is already enjoying her stay inside the mini-castle. She even frequents her visit to the little garden, which is heavily fragrant because most of the flowers inside are in bloom. 

She enjoyed herself in the man-made lagoon, which Andreitte noticed was made privately and with a Cleopatra-style divan nearby. Her mind might be innocent, but she is not an idiot not to know the purpose of that divan nearby the lagoon. She looked at the divan with disgust. “I will not let any Alpha use that divan while feasting with my body!” she almost hissed while thinking about what might happen with her on that divan.

She immediately got out of the lagoon and rinsed in the shower inside her room. She asked Leylie to bring her dinner inside her room. She did not want to come to the dining area to eat.

Before Leylie could finally get out of her room, she called her.

“Leylie, may I request something please?” she asked smiling sheepishly.

“Yes, Madam Andreitte, please let me know what you need,” Leylie replied bowing her head to her. 

“Leylie, this is embarrassing but I need some exercise materials. I need to be ready when the first Alpha would come. I need to strengthen my body. I need to exercise,” she said acting like an embarrassed virgin. 

Leylie smiled and nodded. “What kind of exercise materials, do you want, Madam Andreitte?”

“Hmm, maybe hula hoops and a skipping rope then a yoga mat, please,” she smiled as she stated the exercise materials that she wanted.

“Well noted on that, Madam Andreitte. You will have them tomorrow morning,” Leylie replied with a promise to her and Andreitte smiled at her gratefully.

“Thank you, Leylie. You made my stay here easier for me,” Andreitte said, her voice was gentle and thankful.

With that Leylie smiled widely at her and seemed to have appreciated what Andreitte have said.

When Leylie got out of her room, a mysterious smile crept through Andreitte’s lips.

Tomorrow night would be the most dreaded night for Andreitte. If she cannot escape before midnight tonight, she knows how impossible it would be for her to escape tomorrow before the sun, sets. After the sunset, the first Alpha will come to take her to bed and enjoy her body the whole night.

Andreitte tried to act normally the whole day, not wanting Leylie or the maids and guards to have even a slight hint of what she was planning to do tonight.

She had her breakfast and lunch at the dining area and made sure that none would even think that she is not happy to be in this mini-castle built mainly for every chosen Alpha’s breeder.

At night, she requested Leylie to bring her dinner inside her room, as she usually does. She made sure that her routine for the past few days was her usual routine.

“Leylie, I know, I don’t need to request anymore, because you have seen that I usually have my dinner inside my room. But I will tell you anyway. Kindly ask the maid to bring my dinner inside my room.”

“Yes, Madam, Andreitte. That is noted.”

“By the way, Leylie, do you know, who would be the first Alpha who will visit me tomorrow, night?” She suddenly asked her before she could be able to turn her back on her to get out of her room. She wanted Leylie to feel that she is excited to meet his first Alpha lover.

Leylie smiled but shook her head, “It was being held secret, Madam Andreitte. You will just be surprised to know who he is.”

“I see. Alright. I am just curious.” She then motioned to Leylie that she can already go.

She shrugged her shoulders. She is not actually interested. She will not see whoever that Alpha would be, anyway.

By past eleven o’clock in the evening, a speeding car suddenly halts nearby the mini-castle. The man inside the car immediately alighted therefrom and looked at the mini-castle as he filled his lungs with a scent that suddenly disturbed her while he was nearing it. His eyes squinted as his nostrils savored that scent which seemed to be reminiscent of dark green leaves with traces of hyacinth and jasmine. It intoxicated him while his wolf inside made a somersault.

Before he left the place, he immediately mind-linked the main person in charge of the schedule of the new Alpha’s breeder, who happened to be, Beta Manro.

Inside the mini-castle, Andreitte opened the door and called on Leylie.

“Leylie, please come inside. I can’t sleep. I guess, I need a light massage on my forehead,” she said while holding her head. Leylie nodded and entered the opened door.

Andreitte gently closed the door and before Leylie could move again to turn around and face Andreitte, the latter’s elbow had already struck the pulmonary plexus part of Leylie.

Seeing Leylie, fell to the floor, breathing still yet unconscious, Andreitte, immediately removed her black nightgown that revealed her black fitted overall attire inside. She got her black mask and the small bag with the skipping rope inside and rolled yoga mat.

She looks around and sees that the way to the stairs going up the castle’s tower is clear, she moves in a swift yet speedy manner as she took the stairs like a light bird hopping up in a flash until she reaches the top.

She run toward the backside and there she saw again the sliding slope down to the roof of the first floor. She opened her bag and got the yoga mat inside and used its roughness to slowly slide her butt down the roof of the first floor. In the darkness, up the roof, Andreitte’s body clad in her black fitted overall attire hides her from the eyes of anyone who would try to look up in that direction.

As she reached the roof of the first floor, she tied the skipping rope to the underneath wood support of the roof, hold on tight to the skipping rope, and then moved using it, jumping lightly, little by little, from up until down to the ground, through the castle’s side-back wall.

As her feet touched the ground, Andreitte sprinted to the nearby seashore, which she knew to be her way out.

Before she could reach the seawater, however, one of the roving guards accidentally hit her running form with his flashlight. Immediately, the guard grabbed his gun from its holster and made a warning shot that alarmed all the other guards.

Andreitte however did not stop running, she continued fearlessly, even when she already heard gunshots. As Andreitte’s feet run into the water, she suddenly felt a surge of pain when a stray bullet hit a part of her left shoulder. Nevertheless, Andreitte dive into the water and speedily swim as long as she can hold on to her breath, under the sea. She is a Zeta wolf and a small wound even though out of a silver bullet, will only affect her strength but will not definitely kill her, unlike other ordinary wolves.

She swam more as long as her strength permits her to do so. She needs to reach the next island;  the island of the rogue Alpha, who happened to be the number one enemy of the Alpha King.

A commotion suddenly happened inside the mini-castle when the guards found out that the newly chosen Alpha’s breeder was able to escape.

A few seconds thereafter, at the Alpha King’s Palace, Beta Manro received a call from the head guard of the mini-castle, that suddenly turned his face into ashen when he heard what happened.

Alpha King Dantes, who was waiting for the call to end, furrowed deeply when he noticed the sudden shock and paleness of his Beta’s face. He just arrived and Beta Manro, as usual, waited for him to arrive before he will retire for the night.

“Alpha King Dantes, there is bad news,” uttering with a shiver, Beta Manro informed the Alpha King.

“What is it?”

“The newly chosen Alpha’s breeder had just escaped.”

“How?!” furrowing more the Alpha King asked.

“She took the back part of the castle and swam into the sea. The guard guessed that she was heading to the next island, the island of the rogue Alpha.”

The Alpha King felt his head zoom big in anger while his wolf inside him howled with madness.

"Gather the best warriors and prepare the ship!" the Alpha King ordered. "None! No one can touch the newly chosen Alpha's breeder, except me!" he shouted with outrage.
