We all waited for Liam to say something, it was either he accepts the proposal or declines it.

"I am sorry Tatiana,  but I cannot marry you,?".

Liam declined.

I felt a sigh of relief when he said that however, Tatiana didn't take it so well.

Tatiana gave the ring to Mike and forged ahead to attack me.

Liam pulled her back.

"Don't create a scene, please,"

He resisted her from coming any closer.

She slapped his hands from holding her and said.

"Liam don't tell me what to do, because Sara is to be blamed for everything, ".

She shouted.

"Tatiana, have you lost your goddam mind,".

Liam screamed. He forcefully kept her away.

"Yes, I have, you made me lose it,".

Tatiana made a claim, she cursed and blamed Liam for messing with her for the past two years of dating.

I saw that tension around was gradually building up. I thought of leaving only to have my hand forcefully dragged back by Mike.

"And where do you think you're going,?".

He looks at me.

"It is none of your business, I don't want any trouble,". I said.

"Of cause not, but you will if you don't quit your job, right here and right now!".

Mike answered back.

"She is not quitting her job, okay,  she does well-taking care of my son and he loves her,  so please don't you dare brother,". he walks between his brother and me.

"Go to your room and take my son with you,".

Liam instructed.

I held unto Andre's hand and walked away.

The following morning, I heard a knock on the door. I went ahead to open it, and at the entrance, I met a man standing, he holds a camera in his hand.

"Sorry, who are you,?".

I said. He tries to walk in but I blocked him from moving forward.

"Hi. I'm grant, a photographer, here to ask you some questions,".

He said, he flashed the light of the camera to my eyes, which made me go blind for some seconds.

He pulled me away from the door and he barged in uninvited.

I heard him clinking photos.

I finally got myself back, I turned back and he was taking pictures of my bedroom, I rushed ahead and grabbed him by his shirt.

"What the hell! Who are you,?" I yelled.

"Ma'am, my name is a grant and I am here to ask you some questions,".

He said again. He took my hands away, anf pushed me.

I alarmed.

"Look here mister, I do not know who you are, so please get out of my room, if you don't want me to call security,".

I picked up my phone.

I was just about to phone security when he grabbed my phone and disconnected the call.

"Ma'am, can you please, calm down?".

He said. He pushed me onto the bed later on.

And savagely climbed on me.

"Help me, anybody, Liam,".

I screamed.

The man takes out a handkerchief and shoved it inside my mouth.

I couldn't speak.

He was just about to take off my clothes when Liam comes in.

He met me in a tight spot.

"Hey! Get away from her".

Liam attacked. He punched him and helped me up.

" Are you okay?"

He asked.

"Yes, thanks to you,"

I replied.

The man wanted to run. But Liam turns back in time and punched him as he falls unconscious.

"Sara, call the police,".

Liam said, he gave me his phone.

After that. Liam left me to rest, he barely took a walk inside the room, when Mike walks in behind, angrily slamming the door.

He turns and confronted him.

"Hey! You okay brother?". Liam asked.

"Are you seriously asking me, what happened in Sara's bedroom,?". Mike questioned further.

Liam rolls his eyes, " why are you asking me, brother, don't you know,". He said.

He took off his jacket.

Mike grinned.

" I do, wow brother! You sure care a lot about your nanny, you're the definition of a night in shining armor, ?".

He tells. He mocked his brother..

Liam saw the look of disdain on his face.

"Yes! Like any other person, I do care, Mike, so what are you saying,?". 

He replied.

Mike laughed.

"Oh please brother, don't preach the act of humanity to me, because you do know the importance you give to her is quite different from what you give others, brother,". 

He said.  He pressed his hand against each other.

Liam looks at him.

"How! I don't understand,"  he questioned.

"Are you asking me why, or you just don't want to see the truth,?". Mike was repulsed by his brother's question.

He faces the door also and left.

An hour later, I  came out of the elevator door, I passed the conference hall when I noticed some news channels walking inside in a hurry.

I had no idea what was happening, but the huge crowd sauntering in pushed me in.

I met Liam at the podium holding a microphone in his hand.

Wait, did he perhaps call for the press conference?

I rode ahead, I tried to walk my way ahead to the closer, but on the way, I hit into Tatiana.

"Why can't you stay away from me,?".

She said as she hissed at my sight.

"I'm sorry, I didn't see you there,". I said. I turned away leaving, when my hand got held back, I thought Tatiana was holding my hand only to turn back and find someone else.

Liam was pressing against my hand.

"You,?". I said. Surprised.

"Yeah, come with me, Sara,".

Liam said. He walks over to the podium.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I want to say a huge thank you for coming over on such short notice, but I've got an important announcement,".

Liam said. He spoke through the microphone.

He pushed me forward to himself. Holding unto my hand.

"Ladies and gentlemen, this is Sara Scott, my son's nanny, and starting from tonight, I've decided to consider getting married to her, and not Tatiana,".

Liam announced to everyone.

Hearing him say that, I immediately took my hand away from him.

From the crowd, I spotted Tatiana.

She wasn't happy at all. And so was Mike.

Liam walks away, abandoning me at the podium alone.

How dare he make such a huge announcement and most importantly, why?

I rushed after Liam. We both walked inside his room.

He turns around, he finds me sticking out an angry face at him.

"Sara, are you okay,?". He pulls back a little bit.

I grunted.

"Do I look okay!". I approached further, " are you seriously going to marry me,?".

I asked, predominantly counting my steps.

Liam smiled. He settled his feet next to the glass window on the balcony.

"Calm down Sara,  there is a reasonable explanation for why I said that,".

He said. Pressing his hand against each other.

"Explanation! Fine tell me,"

I stopped moving forward.

"I'd love to, but it's best you don't know anything for the now, and please trust me,". He shifts position, navigating to the door.

He walks away, abandoning me alone in his room.

The same day. The news of Liam's engagement to me spread like wide fire.

Every channel and everyone in the country knew about it.

It became impossible to go out and get some alone time, without someone flashing a camera into my eyes and asking me questions.

Newspapers also had my face printed on them.

That same day, Liam wanted me to accompany him and his son to get some toys at the toy store.

We were just getting out of the elevator, and on reaching the toy store, my hand was forcefully taken back, I turned, and Tatiana was furiously holding onto my hand.

"Hey! Let me go,". I said

Liam turns back.

"Tatiana, what is this,?". 

He held her hand and dragged her to the elevator.

"Liam, let me go,".

I heard Tatiana mumble, she tries resisting Liam's grip.

"No! Get in,". Liam said. The elevator door opened and he pushed her in.

I witnessed everything that happened.

Tatiana furiously looked at me as the elevator door closes.

At the toy store, Andres was asked by his dad to pick up whatever toys he needs.

Andre's banged his hands and dashed off in search of toys.

Liam looks back, he found me lost in thought.

"Sara! Are you okay,?". He asked.

I hit my gaze up to his.

"No, not really, I'm scared about what Tatiana would do to me, ". I said.

"Nah!  Don't worry about Tatiana, she won't harm you, as long as I am here, okay,?".Liam pulls my cheek close and kissed it.

I smiled, stroking my hair back.

A few hours later. After shopping for toys. Liam asked me to start packing since we would be leaving tonight.

I went up to my room, while Liam went off to tell his brother.

I packed my suitcase. I came down, waiting for everyone in the lobby.

Liam walks outside with his son, he met me already waiting.

"Oh, I'm glad you're here, was about to call you,". He says. He grabbed his suitcase, navigating to the hotel's exit, a car was already at the front waiting for us.

Mike and Tatiana were already in the car.

We drove to the airport.

The plane landed after spending a few hours in the air, the following morning.

Another car was at the airport, waiting also to take us home.

We got back after a long traffic jam on the road.

At home, I unpacked my bags, and after that, I went to the kitchen, I thought of preparing warm milk and cookies for Andres.

I did and went to his room. I walked in on his staring at his window with sad eyes.

"Champ, are you okay, did big bad wolfie say anything hurtful to you,?"

I said, referring to Tatiana.

Andre's laughed.

"No nanny, I am just missing my mom,"

He says. He rests his head on the wall.

"Hey, don't be sad, you do know that no matter where your mom is, she'll always, be looking out for you,".

I said. I bought up his head, facing the warm milk and cookies on the table.

Immediately the sad look on his face disappeared.

"Wait, is that for me,?".

He jumped down from the bed

"Nanny, come on,". He said.

"Okay,".

I pulled a chair further, facing him.

Later Liam walks in.

He finds me messing with his son's cookies.

"This is nice, what is happening,?".

A took a cookie from the tray.

Andre took down his dad's hands and pushed him to the ground.

He jumped on him and screamed, "piggyback ride, daddy,".

"Hey, get off young man,". Liam giggled.

"No daddy, come on,". Andre's said.  He grumbled to his dad.

"Come on sir, just a little back ride, then after that, you can as well, give me mine,".

I made jokes as well.

Liam smiled, "seriously! I do have to give you a piggyback ride,". He said.

"Sure, I'll be waiting for mine,".

I pressed my hands on the table and smiled.

Liam looks at his son again.

"Now, let's go for a ride,".

He shouted. Andre's playfully clapped his hands and made horse noises.

I laughed too.

They both played together until Andre fell asleep on his father's back.

I carried him up and tucked him into bed.

Liam gets a call and just when I was about to leave, he grabbed my hands and pinned me to the wall.

"Sir, what are you doing,?"

I hide my eyes away from him.

"Don't you know, I think we have a lot of piggyback rides to give Inside my room,"

He bits his lips. He inhaled and exhale on my skin.

Liam and I walked to his room.

He pushed me onto the bed and jumped on me.

I locked my hands around his neck and he leaned in for a kiss.

Just then, my phone rang.

  Christian, was calling.

I picked up and said

"Hey, what's up Christain,?".

Liam was busy blowing hot air on the skin.

"Sara, where are you,!". Christain asked.

"Where do you think, at my boss's place,". I answered back.

"That's good because I'm outside the Khan mansion,".

He announced and disconnects the call.

Immediately, I run off from Liam's bedroom.

I came outside and Christain was just stepping inside the mansion.

He saw me coming down the stairs

"Sara, what is this I am hearing, are you seriously getting married to Liam Khan, your boss,?".

Christian walks forward.

Liam walks in our midst.

"Who is this Sara,?".

He arrogantly asked.

Christain pulled away from me. He faced Liam.

", Well well well, you must be the famous Liam Khan, right,?".He asked. He made me uncomfortable.

"Yes I am and who are you,?".  Liam replied. He looks at me.

Liam walks away afterward.

I waited for him to leave, before dragging Christain up to my bedroom.

I pushed him inside.

"Hey! Have you lost your mind, what was that downstairs,?". I grimaced.

"Seriously! Don't annoy me, I should be the one angry at you,". Christain said back.

"How?". I asked

He looks away before facing me again

"Don't ask me how, miss I'm going to get married to Liam Khan, have you lost your goddam mind?, Do you think a man like him will want to get married to you,?".

Christain said. He looks at me.

It's crazy to think that, my best Friend will make me feel less Important, who I'm I?, And why wouldn't Liam want to marry a girl like me?

What is the problem?. .....

Christian takes a step closer to me.

He takes his hand to touch me but I angrily pulled back.

"Don't,!". I warned.

"Sara, please don't be angry, but try to see reasons with me,".

He said.

"Understand what? That because of the class difference, I'm not allowed to get married to a man like Liam Khan,?". I yelled, I went back to the door, " get out Christain, now,". I said, facing my eyes away.

Christain said.

"Are you asking me to go,?".

"Yes, leave,". I repeated

"Okay then, If that's what you want, I'll leave, ". He says,  he walks out the door.

After that. I came downstairs again. At the door, I saw a lady who had just ridden in. Liam stared ignorant as if he had just seen a ghost.

I came close.

"Hey, good day ma'am, but who're you,?".

I Interrogated.

The lady had the most naive look on her face, her hair was tied up together.

She takes out her hand and introduced herself.

"Hi. I'm Elena Khan, Liam's wife,".

She declared openly.

"Wait! What,?".

I almost fell cold

I faced Liam.

His face was filled with surprise but a lot of anger.

"Sir! ". I called as he faced me, "Sara, this lady isn't my wife, my wife died, ".

Liam swore. He breathed heavily.

It is unbelievable to think dead people come back to life, perhaps is this another sick plan of Mike.

Elena dragged Liam back to her gaze.

"Okay, I know that I did wrong but do you want to blame me, I wasn't ready to become a mother,"

  She mumbles.

Liam gets upset.   He pushed her away.

"You can be so selfish, how dare you, come back here and say such rubbish,  for so many years, you left me and my son alone, do you know how hard it was for me to take care of him, I tried to give our son both the love of a father and a mother, now you come back alive,?".

Liam's voice increased.

Andre's heard the commotion downstairs and ran in to find what was happening.

He grabbed my hand.

"Nanny,?". He pulled me back to his gaze.

I barely turned, when Andre sights his mom.

"Mom,?".

Andre's let's go of my hand, he got frightened.

We were just trying to control the situation with Andres, the exact moment, Mike walks in, he had his attention on his phone.

However the second he looks up, he met a surprise.

"Oh my gosh! Please tell me this is a silly joke Because I don't think I am seeing my sister-in-law who died a long time ago,".

  He said. He looked at Liam's fierce mood.

We were all there except Tatiana.

She was the last person to find Elena standing before us.

Tatiana almost fainted the moment she found out.

"Elena Khan,". She yelled, freaking out of her mind.
