" Ehn? You mean you misunderstood him?" Kelly asked, surprised, she couldn't believe Jenna was the stupid one. " You just wasted eight years on your own foolish action"

Jenna glared at her " Archie's father was the reason why all these happened. He said Archie has many enemies, and they are all waiting for him at his weakest state. His mother made it clear she will never accept me. I have gone through a lot in our marriage; he married me secretly without her notice. When will that one end?"

Kelly laughed, is that even an excuse?

She sat beside her friend and held her hands " I don't blame you, it happened because you have no one to advise you. Both of you are at fault, he is a man, for him to voice out...he still loves you" She smiled and wiped Jenna's tears.

" Hehehe, it is rare for the tough Jenna to shed tears, I understand your love life isn't easy. No relationship is perfect. You are lucky your partner loves you back. Only his mother is the devil, unlike me" she laughed bitterly. Esteban never liked her from the beginning, but she will never give up.

Jenna snatched Archie from someone, and then she will also snatch Esteban from the fear of loving another woman. She understood his first love was shot in front of him and died in his hand, but that was then, he needed someone to stand by his side and make him happy.

" But your mom isn't against your relationship with Archie, right?"

Jenna shook her head."She didn't mind, I loved him and hate him suffer, but his mother is just too much, she changed the maids in our house to her spies"

" I will also put that in my book, you should handle that part," and Kelly leaned closer to her, "I heard Archie is not on good terms with his mother, why don't you take the advantage of that?"

Jenna chuckled and nodded. "What? Don't you want your man back?"

Jenna paused for a moment. Well, Israel was the one who insisted on staying hidden, for the sake of her kids. Then she nodded. But what if what she said today changed his mind?

" Overthinking won't promote your relationship" Kelly cleared her throat.

" If you want him back, do anything it takes to stand by his side. You have no problem, he loves you, his grandparents care for you, even his dad has been sponsoring your daughter since you gave birth to her, that's enough" She patted her shoulder. " You're lucky you get him easily..." She paused.

Jenna scoffed, " To be honest I'm tired of hearing that, I will help you improve your relationship, but are you sure you want to do this?" Esteban is another dangerous person no one will dare to mess with. Kelly nodded without hesitation. " Despite the danger around him?" Jenna asked again. Just want to let her know what she's getting herself into.

" I love him, Jenna, and I will do anything to get him. Looks like what you did to get Archie..."

" Ahh, it's okay, why did you keep reminding me that?" she rolled her eyes. Then gasped. " Is that what motivated you to chase Esteban?" She looked at her in horror, feeling guilty at the same time.

" No Jenna, I've already planned this before we met, you're just an opportunity to make it easier. I have once made the mistake, I will never let it repeat itself," Kelly said. She failed to chase the man she wanted, he's now married to her ex-friend. " I remembered how I used to tell her about my feelings for him, who knows she will later confess to him in secret"

Jenna clapped her hands "Okay, let's start these love games and get these men!" Kelly giggled, " ok ok ok, text his assistant you want to see him tomorrow."

At night. After taking her bath, wearing her nightwear, " haaaaa" she yawned tiredly and lay on the bed. She brought out her phone and dialled her daughter's number.

"Darling," Jenna smiled as Alan's face appeared on the screen "Hi, mommy", she said happily.

"How's your first day in Paris?" she asked. The next moment, a piercing voice echoed in the room ", Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!" Jenna made sure she put the phone away, protecting her ears.

"I love it!, There are many, many tall buildings and trees, Mom, you should come to Paris to see what I'm seeing, Uncle Esteban and Norman are spoiling me here. Today, I hang out with rich foreigners, we bought so many things like cakes, ice creams, wines, snacks, and so many things, don't worry, I wear a mask, no one recognises me" Jenna sighed and tried to stay awake for the talking machine.

"Alan, that's awesome, just focus on the reason why you are there and don't stress your godfathers, okay?" She said, Alan smiled and nodded, "Chat you later, momma" She quickly disconnected the line.

Jenna shook her head and dialled another number. The person picked up, didn't speak. Jenna chuckled, "How are you doing?" she asked. She knew why the man refused to see her; he intentionally avoided her.

Norman paused for some seconds and replied "Good"

" Have you been keeping in touch with Adan?" Norman is like a father to him. He raised him. Esteban was the one who helped her raise Adain. She raised Alan herself.

Norman raised a brow "Is that why you called me?" Norman anger suddenly stirred up, Jenna quickly sat up " No, I'm worried about you Norman, I haven't see you for a year but I knew you're not on any business trip" She confessed, Jenna was aware of Norman's feeling for for her and she wish Norman would move on and meet the person that will love him.

"Let's meet next week" he said plainly. Jenna smiled happily "Really?, I would love to see you again, Norman" Norman used to treat her like a princess, unlike Esteban, who liked to bully her but still protected her.

Norman closed his eyes as Jenna's sweet voice kept ringing in his head. He had hung up the line, but still wanted to hear more and more. After so many years of not seeing her, he had only seen her for a month last year before he started avoiding her. What if he couldn't control himself?

Jenna dialled Adian's number but couldn't reach him. She sighed, " he must be up to something again," and finally dialled Adan's number after several rings.

"Mom," a low and authoritative voice came through. Jenna laughed she couldn't help but imagine his expression right now. "You are becoming more and more like your Father, " she teased, but Adan maintained his silence as a response.

"What should I do with your stalkers?" he asked. Jenna's heart jumped. " Ehnn? Don't..." she paused, speechless. She suddenly felt sorry for them. Adan's way of dealing with enemies is scary and predictable.

They were following her car, on her way to Archie's company. Thank God Adan's men are secretly following her car too. They crossed the stalker's car and abducted them.

"Who are these people and why are they stalking me?"

" They aren't Sen Partick people" he replied. Jenna frowned in confusion, she had no idea who they were working for. Sen Patrick is the only person she offended.

"Your husband's people stopped disturbing my computers, they're up to something"

Jenna laughed, touched. "I'm safe now, okay?" she paused. " I will be moving back to your father's house soon"

"What do you think?" She asked. She understood that if Adan refused to move with her, Adan's identity isn't simple and must be hidden in the business world. He's just like a president on his own.

"Good" he replied.

" Don't worry much okay? There's something he's doing that I don't like; he has switched to his dangerous self. I thought he had let it go, but who knows, it's always following him around." she complained. " Well, I'm planning to stay by his side no matter what"

Adan remained silent, listening to his mother's voice.

"And Adan, don't kill them", she warned. She knew him so well; compared to Adian, his brother, Adan is quiet and difficult to understand.

"Noted," Adan replied and ended the call. Nothing to worry about, Mr Patrick hasn't attacked Jenna yet, he didn't even have his time.

The next day, Jenna went to Archie's company very early. He met Martinez's confused face and asked, " What is it?"

Martinez hid the files in his hand and looked at Jenna with surprise " Good morning, Miss Jenna, are you sure of the message you sent me yesterday?"

Jenna smiled and nodded. " Office?"

" Yes, sure", he said and watched her back in amusement.

Jenna was about to knock, but it opened itself. 'Automatic,' she murmured and entered.

There he was, the moody figure sitting tiredly on a big leather chair. He had two of his shirt buttons open. Cigarette in his mouth, smokes oozing out from it, creating a sexy view.

Jenna sighed and walked toward him "What are you doing here? Didn't I tell you to meet..." Jenna removed the cigarette from his mouth and threw it in the trash can. Archie raised a brow, watching her.

Jenna lifted the hem of her gown and sat on his lap, facing him, each of her legs by his side.

"I thought you wanted to buy a pen?" He smirked.

Jenna wrapped her hands around his neck and looked at his silver eyes. She heard Eleanor had booked the most expensive wedding dress in Kelly's shop, claiming Archie is her soon-to-be husband.

" The eight-year disappearance isn't my idea", she confessed.

Archie only stared at her lips. He knew his father had bought her a ticket to China eight years ago. Israel has a friend who is good at material skills, only his place is safe for Jenna.

" I'm afraid you won't tolerate me talking back to your mom," she added, creasing his hair. 'Oh, finally, I successfully own this dangerous man from today, well he is always mine' she thought and smiled as she played happily with his hair.

Archie caught her hands and sat up, looking deeply at her with ocean blue eyes "What makes you suddenly change your mind? What are you up to?"

Jenna smiled faded " You still don't trust me?" She asked. What's wrong with falling for him and wanting him? Jenna faked anger and prepared to stand.

Archie held her shoulder down, and then, their lips locked. Jenna was stunned, she didn't expect that. Before she knew it Archie's hands had cupped her cleavages, giving them nice messages.

Archie groaned sexily and deepened the kiss; he sucked her tongue, devoured her mouth. Jenna tried to meet up with him, but he's faster.

Before she knew it, his hands had slid under her gown, creasing her lap. He placed his wet mouth on her neck. Sucking it. She has successfully made him lose control.

" Ahhhh," she moaned softly, one of Archie's hands was on her inner thigh, while the other was creasing one of her naked breasts.

" Emmm...wait.. Archie, someone is knocking" she tried to pull away, but Archie didn't let go. The door is automatic, what if it suddenly opens?

"Archie...ahh..ahh...wait.."

' Door open' the door announced. Jenna's eyes widened in horror as the door opened.

Jenna quickly covered her face with her hands, while Archie turned the chair, backing the person. The chair is big enough to hide Jenna's half-naked body.

"What did you want?" Archie asked coldly. He doesn't need to guess to know who entered.

Martinez blinked in disbelief, what just happened? " Maybe I should come back"

" Speak," he said.

" No... Please not now! Come back" Jenna voiced out. She is buried on Archie's chest. Embarrassed. She knew Archie was intentionally messing with her.

" Wait outside," he said. After hearing the sound of the closed door. Jenna looked at him in annoyance "The door used to listen to you, why did it open itself?"

" It opened for Martinez," he said. He slid his hands under her gown. Jenna yanked his hand away. " I will wait for you in your room"

Archie trapped her legs with her arms and stood up, Jenna hugged his neck tight. He's very tall, it won't do her any good if she falls.

Archie kept staring at her eyes " You've been working with my family for years. I knew my father was hiding something from other major families," he said.

The Major families are very important in the business world, there are only eight major families in the county, numbered by their power and wealth. The Hindley family is number one.

Jenna sighed and hugged him instead. She suddenly felt guilty for leaving him without warning. She felt bad.

Archie chuckled and walked to the room, connected to his office.

He placed Jenna on his bed. Jenna refused to set him free "You don't even bother to look for me, or ask Esteban and Norman about me, today you accepted me easily"

Archie raised a brow " I knew this day would come. Living my life that night was perfect timing, everything that happened was planned by someone, someone who wants to protect you from Hindley's enemies." He explained.

" You people just wasted my time," Jenna shook her head and sighed.

" You're only twenty when we get married," he said. He gave her a quick kiss "Wait here, you can join when you're bored"

" Hmmm," she nodded. He watched Archie adjust his clothes and left.

Jenna looked at the ceiling in daze, ' Everything was planned by someone?'

Archie met Martinez and his secretary in the office.

" What's the update"

" We've checked all the surveillance cameras, including the secret ones, the footage of the incident was deleted" his secretary said, confused.

"What are you trying to tell me?" Archie's eyes narrowed as he asked his Secretary again.

Jake swallowed nervously " Someone broke into and stole the pen, we're supposed to sell it to Miss Jenna today, I don't know who dared to do this" he understood that AH Technology pens are special, but have poor production numbers. But stealing it is very annoying, how are they supposed to explain it to the boss lady?

Martinez sighed and shook his head in disbelief, but that's impossible!

Archie's office door is twice as strong as the doors in the company, a door that is stronger than some presidents' security.

The door was named Anna, a robotic creation Archie designed to guard his office without the need for bodyguards or CCTV. Anna had everything required to alert security, no one could ever sneak past her.

The funniest thing is, this person didn't even hack or destroy the door.... the person entered through the door, which means Anna opened the door by herself for the person after scanning his face!

Archie noticed the pen he had left on his table the previous day was missing. So, he instructed his men to check surveillance cameras.

But Anna recognised Archie's face, it opened the moment Archie approached, she would even say things like "welcome, Mr Archie" and "goodbye, Mr Archie " when he left in the evening, so how come?.

"This is crazy," Martinez laughed in disbelief. Even a ghost won't be able to bypass AH Technology's security. That's his own belief.

Later, Jenna joined them. At first, she was furious that someone had stolen what she had worked so hard for. But when Martinez told her the person bypassed Anna, she swallowed and licked her lips nervously, a wave of guilt washing over her. "What have you done, boy?" she murmured.

"Did you say something?" Martinez asked, Jenna smiled and shook her head.

Martinez found the smile creepy. He could only nod and focused on his iPad, checking the recent DNA scan records that had used this door apart from Archie.

"Do you think someone hacked it?" Jenna asked Jake.

Jake shook his head " We will know if they did, it's shown that the door opened itself for the person after scanning him"

"Ohhh, you mean the person was able to pass through Anna, without your Boss Response.?"

"Yes, and how was that even possible? She scanned the person's face, eyes, emotions, even his DNA, but Boss's nonchalant face was very difficult to mimic," he explained.

"I'm the team leader of the production teams. I was there when the Boss set these passwords. No one can pass unless the boss permits them, or unless their information has already been registered in the system. People like Mr. Martinez and Mr. Israel can enter easily because their identities are already logged." He added.

"Ohhh, that's crazy, "Jenna said, grinning. She already knew the culprit, no matter how many times they investigated, the answer would always be the same, Archie. But the person is not Archie....

Mr Chen, one of his Managers, wiped the cold sweat on his forehead. He prayed that this was not something that would start a war. Archie has been doing things in low key recently, which is a good thing for the country. Now that someone intentionally stepped on the sleeping Tiger's tail, that's not something that can be solved easily.

Drake, from the production teams came in with newly printed paper that contained the percentages and resemblance of the intruder.

"Ahh, here we go," Jenna sighed.

Somewhere in the country.

"Don't tell me my men suddenly disappeared without any traces?" Jude, one of the five men in Joshua's office, snapped in annoyance. Joshua, of course, was the head of the meeting.

The others with him were Archie, Norman, and Esteban's enemies.

"Yes, boss. We don't know who it could be, but we're sure it's not Archie or Esteban," one of Jude's men reported. He had managed to escape the abduction, though badly injured. It almost felt like they were deliberately spared, just to send their boss this message.

Jude stared at the rest in disbelief. Five of his men are gone. They are the men he personally assigned to stalk Jenna. And now, someone suddenly kidnapped them, leaving two injured survivors to warn him. Just how powerful was this person, to have that kind of confidence?

"That's exactly what I'm telling you, Joshua" another person spoke, his name is Kaseem. "A big problem is coming"

"It means there's someone even more powerful and scarier than Archie." Kaseem banged the table. "I'm telling you," he added.

Joshua swallowed his saliva. "That can't be..." he muttered. Ever since Israel had retired, Archie and his closest allies had been a constant thorn in his side. Adding another unknown player into the mix would be nothing short of suicide.

"That's not what we should be worrying about," William said. "We should be worrying if Archie has a hidden child." Joshua glanced at William coldly. "What secret child?"

William burst into laughter. "Yo, I'm kidding."

The others exhaled in relief, but Joshua isn't buying it. What if Jenna were pregnant back then?

He suddenly remembered the brief glimpse of a figure at the president's birthday party. He couldn't see the face, but he'd felt the deadly chill, the overwhelming aura radiating from that young boy. Dressed in white. His style was almost like Archie himself. Could it really be a coincidence?

Because, is not possible for a kid to carry that kind of aura. Maybe he was just overthinking.

But then there was Rapunzel00...the mysterious agent who infiltrated his father's security systems with ease, slipping in and out like a ghost. She would've been the perfect agent to deal with Archie. But she had vanished without any traces. Some said she had retired. Why on earth would she do that, when he needed her most?

" Please, who is this person?" Jude finally asked. His voice cracked with urgency, his cousin was among the missing men for goodness' sake! How will he explain this to the boy's father?

"I asked my father, he said he's the CEO of Smart Toys company," Joshua explained. "My father's men dug up that information... but then..... they vanished."

Jude adjusted his chair and glanced at William. "We're doomed"

Since then, Mr. Patrick has been doubling securities. Many soldiers followed him around, everywhere he went, as old and dangerous as Sen Patrick is, he was nervous to face this person! Some people are just born to scare others.

"If we can get this person on our side, it'll be easy to destroy Archie, Esteban, and Norman at once," Kaseem suggested. The rest nodded quickly in agreement.

But Joshua's mind kept pacing back to that figure he'd seen that night. "No" he shook his head. If it was really him, then things were about to get out of his control.

"This person already teamed up with Rapunzel00! And I'm very sure he's the reason why we are unable to track her" Jude hissed. "I just want to scare him by kidnapping her, so he can side with us. Who knows he's even crazier and smarter than us!"

The thought of his fellow CEO, from another company, suddenly becoming a mystery to other CEOs, even the powerful CEOs like Sen Patrick and his son is nervous. This made his blood boil, Jude wanted to be in that position too, and that was the reason why he hated Esteban! He wants to remove him from the big boss of Entertainment!

"What if Archie managed to reach him first, and forge an alliance?" Jude mumbled. Archie will be difficult to bring down and become unstoppable.

"About Archie's wife..." David, who had been quietly typing on his laptop, finally spoke, turning his toward Joshua. "I don't know where Archie's father took Jenna eight years ago," he said.

Joshua feared that man too much to even think of hurting Jenna, because he knew Israel favoured her so much.

Even Sen Patrick, secretly feared him. His greatest nightmare was to ever cross paths with that man. So, living Israel out of their plan is what Joshua took seriously. Archie is whom he wants to take down.

" Ok, what's the plan, we must do something on his award celebration day!" Jude frowned. He hated the way his friends were handling things! " Don't tell me y'all afraid of Archie?"

Kaseem burst into laughter. " I can't believe you hated me and want us to die early! Jude"

" What's wrong with you, ehh Jude?" David looked at him in disbelief.

" I don't know where you got the confidence to attack the Hindleys in their household. Don't you know that, they have many dark secrets? If they decide to kill you and seize your body, no one will question them." Kaseem raised a brow, and the rest nodded. There was something about them that made people feel small, intimidated and nervous.

"Scientists have been investigating them for years, but found nothing," William laughed.

Jude shook his head, disappointed "It's just an award ceremony, we will act as if we are happy. I will find someone to take the blame if...."

" I am not! interested!" Kaseem dramatically raised his two hands.

" For real? Kaseem"

David rolled his eyes. "What did you expect him to say?" he mocked. Although, He hated the way people overhyped that family, he's not confident enough to follow whatever Jude was planning.

" The eight major families will be there" William reminded him.

"Don't you know that Hindely's family secret is deeper than the ocean?" Kaseem said. " You don't know because your family is a small entertainment industry, you will know much About Hindely's if you are in Esteban's position" he added.

Jude glared at him, he just rubbed salt on his wound, losing the 'Big Boss' title to Esteban is a huge blow, making him a joke to his family. Only when he snatches it back will he be the pride of his family.

"Humph! As if they're the only ones in this," Williams cut in. "The Wilson children are always stealing another person's face with positive DNA.

"Doppelgängers," David corrected.

"Who cares!" Jude sneered. The Wilsons are popularly known as having blonde hair, no matter whose face they wore. That alone was strange.

"That's nothing new," Joshua said. "They grow old, sick, and sleep like everyone else. It's just a gift." The Wilsons' Family case was one of the world's biggest coincidences, happening since the 80s. Nothing much.

"Yeah, I know," Jude muttered, "but it's still creepy. I once met a man in Korea who looked exactly like me."

"It's normal" Joshua said calmly.

"What about witches?" Kaseem laughed. "Oh, you mean the long-haired witches? Rapunzels?" Jude snorted.

" The Sharons," Joshua corrected. "That's Jenna's family from her mother's side. They all had ridiculously long hair. Nothing special."

"You think Rapunzel Pink is from that family?" Jude asked. Joshua's eyes narrowed. " I'm one hundred per cent sure"

" Just wondering if she's Rapunzel00" Kaseem said. David glanced at him coldly, making him wonder why he was mad at him.

Joshua frowned and faced Jude's bodyguard. " Where did you that the accident happened?"

The boy tried to remember the location but, he couldn't... " I think her driver had noticed us earlier than we thought....I..."

" useless!" Jude spat in disgust. "About my plan...."

"Alright, that's enough for today," Joshua cut Jude off. He didn't understand why he was so hellbent cause trouble under the Hindleys' noses.

Jude nodded in understanding ' Why am I even telling them? I will do it myself!'
