Somewhere in Dubai. Burj Khalifa, corporate offices.

Martinez hesitated before knocking on his boss's door. Archie's mood is scary and worse today.

He was about to knock for the second time when the door said 'Come in' Aah, he was too nervous to remember that the doors in Burj Khalifa are not like any doors; it's Automatic, programmed by the best engineers in the world.

The door opened by itself, revealing the extravagant office, decorated with white and black. The sight of the office is enough for ladies to wish for an office romance!

Martinez swallowed at the sight of the cold on the leather chair, a huge expensive table before him. Archie bought an office in Burj Khalifa, which is for his customers in Dubai.

' What will happen if I tell the boss about her?' he thought. Archie glanced at him, which was a gesture for him to 'speak'

" Boss, someone just made an appointment with you, she wants to buy the last pen"

Archie frowned "Didn't I tell you I'm not selling it?"

Martinez scratched her neck awkwardly, I forgot to notify our customers, I told the person we are not selling, but she insisted"

" She?" He raised a brow. It is rare for ladies to use that technology. "Give me her details"

" I don't think you need it, sir", he smiled and showed him his iPad. " It Miss Jenna"

Archie stared at the picture, his emotions buried under his cold face.

" The thing is... she's so desperate to get it, I've checked her profile... her account was labelled as ' wanted' by the Sen Patrick association"

Archie frowned in confusion, That's her father's enemy " She's the agent working for my dad?" Archie closed his eyes and massaged his nose bridge " Damn that man" There's no way Jenna will cross that man herself.

" Yes, boss, her identity as an agent was locked"

Archie's face became colder. His father has been in touch with her, turning a blind eye to what she did. " Find out who's helping her"

" That's the problem, like I said, it's difficult sir..." She has someone powerful backing her apart from your dad."

" Esteban and Norman, who again?" They are childhood besties, and he knew how much they cared for her, so it's normal.

" There's one more but I couldn't figure out who he is. My laptop has a deadly virus just by tracking his identity, I have to toss it in the trash."

Archie's eyes narrowed, if she's seeing another person, he will know from Esteban or Norman. "What about the old man?"

" He wants you to have a blind date with Miss Eleanor"

" Always hungry for grandchildren," he scoffed. " Why didn't he just focus on George?" His younger brother. Although he is the oldest, but the busiest, "Tell the old man to pressure my cousin, already married to a gold-digger, if he threatens him with the family company, he will give him grandchildren" That's his dream anyway, to secure Hindely's company.

"Noted, but what about..."

"What is it?" Archie asked. He knew that was not all. Martinez is the one who likes to push bad news first, and then the good news.

" She wants to see you," Martinez cleared his throat. His dream is about to come true. Seeing his boss and Lady Jenna together. Jenna kept the reason for their breakup secret, but Archie already knew. It turned out his mother and Eleanor were the masterminds.

" I think you make the situation worse too," he added. Archie glared at him. "Go prepare the jet, ask the pilot if we can fly very early tomorrow" he said. Martinez nodded and left.

Archie stared at Jenna's picture," Want to see me huh?" He raised a brow.

He smirked and dialled Esteban's number. As for her personal information as an agent, they have been investigating her since last year, especially the person handling her agent identity.

" Who is she working for ?" He asked him.

" Your Dad of course, so dumb to know about that?" He chuckled. " You're the best hacker and still couldn't track your babe?"

" Shut the fvck up," Archie growled. 'Does that mean another person is protecting her?' he thought. Because why is difficult to investigate.

" And hey, I heard she needs your pen, despite all the bad memories she had with you, she still chose to see you. It means she needs the pen badly. I will break your break your head if you dare to hurt her again"

" What is the pen for?"

Esteban frowned " You made it right? She wants it for the reason why you made it"

Archie's face became darker "You're hiding something from me"

" What else do you want to know after hurting her?"

Archie frowned" When have I ever hurt her? She misunderstood me and disappeared all of a sudden"

" That's your own fault for, and don't even try to seduce her, okay? Remember, another person is waiting for her to say yes," he teased.

Archie gritted his teeth in annoyance " I will kill you when I'm back," he hung up the line and sighed. Esteban is very good at annoying him. He reached out for the black pen and observed its features. To the world, it's just an ordinary pen. But it's a secret dangerous technology.

He's very sure the person who wants the pen is the mysterious backer.

In Paris. Private hotel room. Norman faced the floor-to-ceiling window with a serious expression, and Esteban sat on the couch behind.

" Did she know the company belonged to Archie?" Norman asked.

Esteban laughed "She did. Didn't I tell you before, so far both parties are foolish in the relationship, fate will always bring them together"

Esteban laughed, creasing the tattoo on his neck. "Mr Smith helped her, and I also think the idea is good, Jenna misunderstood him, maybe it's time they come to their senses"

Norman gritted his teeth, just when he thought he would have her, Someone threw her to Archie! He really wants to go punch Esteban and make him spit some blood, but can he do that to hurt a mafia boss?

"Adan knows about this, didn't he?"Norman asked, Esteban chuckled and checked his phone "He did, someone has not spoiled Archie's plan," he said." Adan needs the pen, that brat is up to something again"

Norman scoffed, " I knew it. What about Adian?" he asked about another crazy dude. Esteban nodded "He did"

" You should get rid of your feelings for her, so you won't lose your childhood friend"

Norman sighed, he remembered when they started their friendship. Esteban and Jenna started this journey, at the age of six. Jenna was three years old then, and Esteban used to be shy, timid, weak, and quiet.

He had beautiful green eyes, which attracted jealous bullies. He couldn't fight back or know how to, not until one day a little girl with blue eyes stood up for him and helped him chase and deal with the bullies.

Jenna might be young, but her IQ was incredibly high. She followed him home and told his parents about Esteban's situation, and she was able to convince them to change his school to her own school.

The next day. Jenna took her time to dress, when she was ready she started pacing front and back. "Hmmm, your assistant told me you don't want to sell the pen, can you...Ahh no, that won't work!" She shook her head.

" Please, I really need this pen...Ahhh, no," sighed on the couch, absent-mindedly, Kelly was also present in the living room.

" Oh lord," Jenna trembled. She knew what that notification was about. She picked up her phone and checked it " Hello, Miss Jenna. I want to tell you in advance that the boss is now available"

Jenna inhaled and blew out some air from her mouth. It's been eight years, why are you still nervous?

" Just go, stop acting as if you want to confess to your crush," Kelly said.

" You should get over Esteban too," Jenna laughed and stuck out her tongue.

At AH Technology. Jenna hesitated to enter after receiving the word ' come in'. She sighed nervously and finally entered.

" Wow, " she admired the office. Pretending not to care about the latter on the black leather chair.

'Get hold of yourself, Jenna.' she assured herself.

She gathered her courage and finally looked at him, which she regretted immediately!

Eight years have passed, not the same Archie she devised. He's more handsome and very mature. She swallowed, "Good Morning, Mr A-Archie," she greeted and forced a smile.

Archie stared at her in amusement. " Welcome, Miss. I heard you want to see me badly. May I help you?" He decided to play along.

'Badly?' Jenna laughed. " He said you don't want to sell the pen.. please can you sell it to me and make another one?" She finally lowered her pride and pleaded. She will deal with him after getting the pen anyway.

Archie raised a brow " May I know what you want to use it for?"

" For personal use"

Archie chuckled. " When registering for the pen, I must know what my client wants to use it for"

" That's a lie, since when did you care about that" she was annoyed. 'Enough of this game Archie, just give me the pen"

Archie stared at her deeply, making her uncomfortable. She noticed her cleavages were exposed, she flinched and quickly adjusted it.

" Why did you leave?" Archie suddenly asked her. Jenna was surprised.

" Is that even a question?" She laughed bitterly, "You should be married to your mom's best friend's daughter, you used to believe whatever she told you. Please do me a favour by selling the pen to me"

" I knew what happened wasn't your fault" he had investigated it. Someone uploaded a video of Jenna kissing a famous actor. The news was all over the internet. Esteban made sure it disappeared on every platform, but the Hindleys' family had seen it.

Archie's mother went crazy and threatened to divorce her son. When Archie came to the family, Jenna looked at him hopefully. She believed he would trust her, even if the person's features looked so much like hers, but the video was edited.

To her surprise, Archie didn't take a glance at her, he paid full attention to what Eleanor was telling him. Jenna looked at herself in shame and left Hindely's household.

He went to their matrimonial house and packed her things. She signed the divorce papers and placed them on his bed.

Since that day, Jenna disappeared from his life like she never existed. Archie was furious and asked if she was with Esteban or Norman.

They stood up for her and blamed Archie for his foolishness. Archie decided to give her time. Jenna's leaving him helped him a lot. His enemies only attacked him without involving her.

Jenna was stunned. She didn't check her phone, "I lost it in the taxi " She lowered her head. " Okay, how is the pen? Will you still sell it for me?"

Archie was stunned. "The pen is more important than me?"

" What do you want me to do? Your mom and mine are enemies, so I can't marry you, Archie"

Archie raised a brow " Really? Is that what you think?" He pressed his lips together and nodded. " The pen will be available tomorrow, and my assistant will collect your details." He said.

" Thanks", Jenna whispered and stood immediately, not daring to take another glance. He met Martinez's sad face at the entrance "Please wait for me outside, Miss Jenna" Jenna nodded thankfully and left.

Martinez looked at Archie's dark face and sighed. " You can't sort things out that way, she's a lady, let her go think about it", he reassured.

" Register her name, It will take a day to download her details."

Martinez nodded and left. Jenna smiled as soon as he came out, but faded when she smelled cigarettes on him. 'Archie is smoking again?'

Seeing her confused expression. " He's back to his other self, well, he's in a good mood today, he even refused to kill, just buried him alive before coming to see you"

Jenna froze. " He what?" She asked in disbelief.

Martinez laughed in amusement. " Let me tell you something Miss Jenna, he has always liked that, even before he met you. It was when you married him that he stopped"

" Ehn? You mean you misunderstood him?" Kelly asked, surprised, she couldn't believe Jenna was the stupid one. " You just wasted eight years on your own foolish action"

Jenna glared at her " Archie's father was the reason why all these happened. He said Archie has many enemies, and they are all waiting for him at his weakest state. His mother made it clear she will never accept me. I have gone through a lot in our marriage; he married me secretly without her notice. When will that one end?"

Kelly laughed, is that even an excuse?

She sat beside her friend and held her hands " I don't blame you, it happened because you have no one to advise you. Both of you are at fault, he is a man, for him to voice out...he still loves you" She smiled and wiped Jenna's tears.

" Hehehe, it is rare for the tough Jenna to shed tears, I understand your love life isn't easy. No relationship is perfect. You are lucky your partner loves you back. Only his mother is the devil, unlike me" she laughed bitterly. Esteban never liked her from the beginning, but she will never give up.

Jenna snatched Archie from someone, and then she will also snatch Esteban from the fear of loving another woman. She understood his first love was shot in front of him and died in his hand, but that was then, he needed someone to stand by his side and make him happy.

" But your mom isn't against your relationship with Archie, right?"

Jenna paused for a moment. Well, Israel was the one who insisted on staying hidden, for the sake of her kids. Then she nodded. But what if what she said today changed his mind?

" Overthinking won't promote your relationship" Kelly cleared her throat.

" If you want him back, do anything it takes to stand by his side. You have no problem, he loves you, his grandparents care for you, even his dad has been sponsoring your daughter since you gave birth to her, that's enough" She patted her shoulder. " You're lucky you get him easily..." She paused.

Jenna scoffed, " To be honest I'm tired of hearing that, I will help you improve your relationship, but are you sure you want to do this?" Esteban is another dangerous person no one will dare to mess with. Kelly nodded without hesitation. " Despite the danger around him?" Jenna asked again. Just want to let her know what she's getting herself into.

" I love him, Jenna, and I will do anything to get him. Looks like what you did to get Archie..."

" Ahh, it's okay, why did you keep reminding me that?" she rolled her eyes. Then gasped. " Is that what motivated you to chase Esteban?" She looked at her in horror, feeling guilty at the same time.

" No Jenna, I've already planned this before we met, you're just an opportunity to make it easier. I have once made the mistake, I will never let it repeat itself," Kelly said. She failed to chase the man she wanted, he's now married to her ex-friend. " I remembered how I used to tell her about my feelings for him, who knows she will later confess to him in secret"

Jenna clapped her hands "Okay, let's start these love games and get these men!" Kelly giggled, " ok ok ok, text his assistant you want to see him tomorrow."

At night. After taking her bath, wearing her nightwear, " haaaaa" she yawned tiredly and lay on the bed. She brought out her phone and dialled her daughter's number.

"Darling," Jenna smiled as Alan's face appeared on the screen "Hi, mommy", she said happily.

"How's your first day in Paris?" she asked. The next moment, a piercing voice echoed in the room ", Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!" Jenna made sure she put the phone away, protecting her ears.

"I love it!, There are many, many tall buildings and trees, Mom, you should come to Paris to see what I'm seeing, Uncle Esteban and Norman are spoiling me here. Today, I hang out with rich foreigners, we bought so many things like cakes, ice creams, wines, snacks, and so many things, don't worry, I wear a mask, no one recognises me" Jenna sighed and tried to stay awake for the talking machine.

"Alan, that's awesome, just focus on the reason why you are there and don't stress your godfathers, okay?" She said, Alan smiled and nodded, "Chat you later, momma" She quickly disconnected the line.

Jenna shook her head and dialled another number. The person picked up, didn't speak. Jenna chuckled, "How are you doing?" she asked. She knew why the man refused to see her; he intentionally avoided her.

Norman paused for some seconds and replied "Good"

" Have you been keeping in touch with Adan?" Norman is like a father to him. He raised him. Esteban was the one who helped her raise Adain. She raised Alan herself.

Norman raised a brow "Is that why you called me?" Norman anger suddenly stirred up, Jenna quickly sat up " No, I'm worried about you Norman, I haven't see you for a year but I knew you're not on any business trip" She confessed, Jenna was aware of Norman's feeling for for her and she wish Norman would move on and meet the person that will love him.

"Let's meet next week" he said plainly. Jenna smiled happily "Really?, I would love to see you again, Norman" Norman used to treat her like a princess, unlike Esteban, who liked to bully her but still protected her.

Norman closed his eyes as Jenna's sweet voice kept ringing in his head. He had hung up the line, but still wanted to hear more and more. After so many years of not seeing her, he had only seen her for a month last year before he started avoiding her. What if he couldn't control himself?

Jenna dialled Adian's number but couldn't reach him. She sighed, " he must be up to something again," and finally dialled Adan's number after several rings.

"Mom," a low and authoritative voice came through. Jenna laughed she couldn't help but imagine his expression right now. "You are becoming more and more like your Father, " she teased, but Adan maintained his silence as a response.

"What should I do with your stalkers?" he asked. Jenna's heart jumped. " Ehnn? Don't..." she paused, speechless. She suddenly felt sorry for them. Adan's way of dealing with enemies is scary and predictable.

They were following her car, on her way to Archie's company. Thank God Adan's men are secretly following her car too. They crossed the stalker's car and abducted them.

"Who are these people and why are they stalking me?"

" They aren't Sen Partick people" he replied. Jenna frowned in confusion, she had no idea who they were working for. Sen Patrick is the only person she offended.

"Your husband's people stopped disturbing my computers, they're up to something"

Jenna laughed, touched. "I'm safe now, okay?" she paused. " I will be moving back to your father's house soon"

"What do you think?" She asked. She understood that if Adan refused to move with her, Adan's identity isn't simple and must be hidden in the business world. He's just like a president on his own.

"Good" he replied.

" Don't worry much okay? There's something he's doing that I don't like; he has switched to his dangerous self. I thought he had let it go, but who knows, it's always following him around." she complained. " Well, I'm planning to stay by his side no matter what"

Adan remained silent, listening to his mother's voice.

"And Adan, don't kill them", she warned. She knew him so well; compared to Adian, his brother, Adan is quiet and difficult to understand.

"Noted," Adan replied and ended the call. Nothing to worry about, Mr Patrick hasn't attacked Jenna yet, he didn't even have his time.

The next day, Jenna went to Archie's company very early. He met Martinez's confused face and asked, " What is it?"

Martinez hid the files in his hand and looked at Jenna with surprise " Good morning, Miss Jenna, are you sure of the message you sent me yesterday?"

Jenna smiled and nodded. " Office?"

" Yes, sure", he said and watched her back in amusement.

Jenna was about to knock, but it opened itself. 'Automatic,' she murmured and entered.

There he was, the moody figure sitting tiredly on a big leather chair. He had two of his shirt buttons open. Cigarette in his mouth, smokes oozing out from it, creating a sexy view.

Jenna sighed and walked toward him "What are you doing here? Didn't I tell you to meet..." Jenna removed the cigarette from his mouth and threw it in the trash can. Archie raised a brow, watching her.

Jenna lifted the hem of her gown and sat on his lap, facing him, each of her legs by his side.

"I thought you wanted to buy a pen?" He smirked.

Jenna wrapped her hands around his neck and looked at his silver eyes. She heard Eleanor had booked the most expensive wedding dress in Kelly's shop, claiming Archie is her soon-to-be husband.

" The eight-year disappearance isn't my idea", she confessed.

Archie only stared at her lips. He knew his father had bought her a ticket to China eight years ago. Israel has a friend who is good at material skills, only his place is safe for Jenna.

" I'm afraid you won't tolerate me talking back to your mom," she added, creasing his hair. 'Oh, finally, I successfully own this dangerous man from today, well he is always mine' she thought and smiled as she played happily with his hair.

Archie caught her hands and sat up, looking deeply at her with ocean blue eyes "What makes you suddenly change your mind? What are you up to?"

Jenna smiled faded " You still don't trust me?" She asked. What's wrong with falling for him and wanting him? Jenna faked anger and prepared to stand.

Archie held her shoulder down, and then, their lips locked. Jenna was stunned, she didn't expect that. Before she knew it Archie's hands had cupped her cleavages, giving them nice messages.

Archie groaned sexily and deepened the kiss; he sucked her tongue, devoured her mouth. Jenna tried to meet up with him, but he's faster.
