Chapter 9

My cousin was also upset, but that was about the money, though.

Not only was all the money he took from my family spent on me, but he also had to pay more than two grand himself.

They apologized to me and kept asking for my forgiveness.

"Your cousin didn't mean it. We're all relatives. Please forgive him!"

I looked more innocent. "I'm not pretending, either. My cousin pushed me, and it really hurt."

They all looked uncomfortable, but they still apologized to me and my parents.

I was mentally unstable, but my parents were normal. They couldn't bear to watch me suffer like that.

So, they severed the relationship with Hunter's family and even threatened, "If anything happens to our daughter, we seek justice for her even if we have to die!"

Then, we parted on bad terms. After they left, I got up immediately.

My sister was still wiping tears. I patted her face and said, "Let's go home."

After making such a big scene all morning, I was a little hungry.

I had to eat before I could continue making trouble.

The night came. I went to the community where Hunter's parents-in-law lived.

This time, I got a bag of mice and shouted, "Takeout!"

Hunter's father-in-law came to the door and asked in confusion, "I didn't order takeout."

As he spoke, he opened the door.

I immediately threw the mice at his face.

I clapped my hands and laughed at him. "Those are my gifts for you!"

Mice squeaked and jumped over his face and body. In fright, Hunter's father-in-law pointed at me and cursed, "You are fucking sick!"

His wife also came out. When she saw me, her face turned pale with fear. "Why are you here, bitch?"

I stood at the door, clapping my hands and cheering, "You are two old bastards, and you gave birth to a little bastards. I brought you some mise to keep you bastards company!"

The old couple screamed in fear and tried to chase the mice away while calling out to Edwin in a husky voice.

"Edwin! Help!"

Edwin heard the noise and came out. Seeing me again made him want to shrink back. But then he was also pissed when he saw the mice running around. So, he took a mop and came to me.

Edwin ended up being pinned to the ground and beaten up again.

So, he was admitted to the hospital once again.

He had a bone fracture.

His parents almost passed out in anger. They called the police immediately.

But the police gave the same advice.

Mediation.

After all, I was mentally ill and was still in the recovery stage.

After leaving the police station, I pointed at them and laughed.

"It's not over yet. I'll still keep an eye on you!"

Chapter 10

Seeing my expression, Edwin almost wet his pants. The old couple called their daughter crying.

But my cousin's wife didn't dare to show up, either. She was even scared to hear my voice.

She could only shout through the phone, "Mom, let the police handle her!"

The police couldn't control me, and the Gardy family didn't dare to mess with me.

For the next few days, I had nothing to do. So, I made a scene wherever I went.

I would go to my cousin's wife one day and to her parent's house the next day. I would also hang out in the communities where my gossipy relatives lived or wander around in the companies where my enemies worked.

My cousin's boss couldn't take it anymore. So, my cousin was fired on the grounds that he had affected the company.

After Hunter lost his job, he blamed his wife.

If his wife hadn't insisted on introducing my sister to her younger brother, I wouldn't have made so much trouble.

People are always like this. When they can't do anything about the bad people, they will blame others for what the bad people did.

Hunter and his wife fought at home, and I stood at their door watching them.

When I saw their neighbors passing by, I would greet them with a smile,

"Hey, you guys are here to watch them, too? Two toads are croaking inside. That's fun!"

They all knew I was crazy and knew what Hunter and his wife did.

They didn't dare to mess with me, but they dared to mess with my cousin and his family.

With a crazy woman like me hanging around in the neighborhood all day, people got scared. So, they started to criticize Hunter and his wife.

Hunter's wife was a lazy woman. She worked in the supermarket at the entrance of the community. But she couldn't keep her job anymore.

She and Hunter made all kinds of indirect accusations and sarcastic remarks about others in the family group chat.

Now, the same thing happened to them. No one dared to help.

Because of my actions recently, my relatives didn't even dare to send any messages in the family group chat. They all played possum.

When I had nothing to do, I would send messages to sicken them from time to time.

"Hey, isn't this my uncle? You care for Edwin a lot, right? Why don't you marry your daughter to him?"

"Aunt, you are the kindest. My uncle doesn't want Edwin. Perhaps you can marry him?"

"Why are you all silent? If my aunt doesn't want to marry into the Grady family, Edwin can make a sacrifice and be a live-in son-in-law. That can save some bride gift!"

No one dared to speak to me after what I said. One day, I clicked on the group chat and found that it had been disbanded.

How boring.

I thought they loved to make fun of others. But now it was their turn, and they didn't dare to respond.
