I sneered, looked at Jimmy Davis, and said blandly, "Congratulations, both of you."
There is not a trace of sadness, and it is surprising to be free and easy.
Just an ex-boyfriend, hum!
Nicole Stewart took the wedding dress and shook it in front of me. She looked innocent and happily pulled me and asked, "Sister Irene, your tastes have always been very good. Do you think this wedding dress suits me?"
I sneer,
"Sister Nicole, you have a big skeleton, are you not particularly tall, and have gained weight recently? It's really hard to pick, just find one that can be worn in?"
Her face changed, probably because Jimmy Davis was present, and she didn't get angry. She smiled and said, "After knowing that I was pregnant, Jimmy always let me eat well, and I put on a little weight, but Jimmy said this wedding dress suits me very well."
I smiled and pointed out, "You have similar tastes, no wonder you hit it off so well."
Nicole Stewart laughed wryly. Probably because she was afraid that I would say something again, she changed the subject, "Sister, if... you can be my bridesmaid, I will be very happy."
I laughed mockingly.
The viewpoint of Irene Nadine
"I'm sorry, I'm married, and I'd like to leave if that's okay."
Jimmy Davis, who had never spoken before, opened the door when he heard my comments. His tone was a touch nervous, and he asked, "Are you married?!"
"Sorry I didn't notify you, but I assumed you were too busy to attend my wedding," I said with a smile.
"Simply find a man and marry him. Do you believe it is proper?"
"It's not what casual dude, but he's better than you."
They both don't look good. Jimmy Davis is even angrier. Nicole Stewart yanked on his arm, hypocritically saying, "Jimmy, forget about it. Don't say anything. I'm sure she has some grievances. We're sorry for what happened to her. She will be able to find a decent family. We should be pleased."
Jimmy Davis's expression did not improve, and he questioned me, "You've known that man for a long time, don't you?You must date him frequently behind my back."
I don't bother explaining anything to him, whatever he thinks is excellent, it isn't an important person, smiling and responding, " I still have something to do, you two continue."
For a brief while, I believed that my marriage to Ryan Campbell had had little impact. At the very least, I didn't lose horribly in front of Jimmy Davis, and he thought I was better than him, so that was enough.
I returned to the convenience shop and worked until 7 p.m. Ryan Campbell called me in the afternoon to invite me to supper. I answered no, and he brought up the children again. I was so enraged that all I said was "busy" and hung up.
It's a good thing he didn't call any more.
Things always appear to be different from what we agreed in the start. He stated that he would not live with me, but he treated me with three meals a day, which is exactly what a true husband and wife would do.
Of course, I won't be confident that my attractiveness has captivated him and convinced him to reconsider. The child in my womb is the only thing that makes sense. He just cares about his child.
I realized I didn't know Ryan Campbell's apartment address as I stood at the bus stop waiting for the bus. I rode his car in and out without looking at the apartment name.
I had to send him a text message to get his address. I was waiting for his response. His phone number appeared on the mobile phone interface. When I plugged in the phone, he said, "Where ?"
"Just give me your address."
"I'll pick you up," he stated unequivocally.
"The crossroads."
I'm not sure if he's around. His car arrived shortly after I arrived at the crossroads.
He had so many reasons to train me that he began as soon as he boarded the bus "If you can call, don't send text messages. I'll stand here all night if I don't see you?"
I turned my head out the window, pretending not to hear, and reasoned that I didn't want to contact him to send a text message.
"Didn't you say you left work at eight o'clock?"
"Didn't I say I was preoccupied?"
"Resign, I'll give you my salary, and my son needs to go to bed before eight o'clock," he replied, seeing my anxiousness.
I can't help but yell angrily, "Psycho!"
He didn't say anything else, and I believed I had scolded him so harshly that I felt I had the upper hand.
He, on the other hand, refused. He didn't begin settling accounts until he got to the apartment. Simply because he didn't have time to converse with me while driving.
Ryan Campbell exited the vehicle and walked around to the back. He pushed open the door on my side. He entered and loomed over me before I could get out.
Before I had a chance to respond, he seized my face, squeezed my mouth, dropped his head, and asked, "Are you very good at swearing? Let's hear two more sentences."
"Let me go!"
Ryan Campbell not only did not let to, but actually strengthened his strength. "Swear once more."
I looked at him, stretched out my hand against his chest, but how can I push him away? I'll swear, but he made me!
"Don't believe I can't deal with you. I'll show you if I don't obey." He wouldn't let me go until he was done speaking.
I crept though the car , my face going crimson at any moment, and run ahead of him to the elevator, furious.
When I returned home, I went straight to my room and banged the door shut. Ryan Campbell glanced and said, "Big temper."
I turned off my alarm clock and went to sleep for a while the next day, long after Ryan Campbell stated yesterday about waking up.
I was still irritably stuffed my head with a quilt when Ryan Campbell knocked on the door.
Ryan Campbell came in and looked at the bed, which was wrapped in a ball. He was so enraged that talking seemed pointless .
He walked into the bathroom, squeezed toothpaste on my toothbrush, returned to her bed, lifted my duvet, and pulled my lips open and stuffed the toothbrush in, much like what my father had done when I sas a child.
I jumped out of bed, grabbed my toothbrush, but my mouth was full of toothpaste, and I couldn't talk. I jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom to brush my teeth.
He also stayed by the door, looking at his wristwatch, to remind me that "there are still eight minutes to wash and change clothing."
"You are sick!" I cried from the bottom of my heart as I spit out the mouthwash in my mouth.
He wrung his brows and walked to the bathroom. "Did I say anything to you last night?"
I know he did not ask me to swear, and I also know that swearing is wrong, but he can't stand it!
Ryan Campbell entered the restroom, shut the door, and pushed me back against the sink. His voice was so icy that it made people shiver. "Hmm... I'll think about how I can punish you so you remember."
I felt guilty at first because I was still aggressive. "Get out of the way!" I yelled as I swallowed my saliva.
"You should mind your temper." He bowed his head and put his kisses on my lips, reaching out and clamping my tilting head...
My eyes were wide open in horror, and I fought hard, but my power was insufficient to fight him.
The kiss was so lengthy in the little area that it was suffocating that Ryan Campbell glanced at me, a little breathless, before releasing me.
Before I could begin cursing, he added, "If you swear again, I will kiss once. This punishment may be considered a prize for you. You can scold every day if you want. You have four minutes left." Saying that, I walked out of the room carefully.
That kiss really messed with my thoughts.
I didn't put up a good mood for him after that day. And I didn't swear again.
Ryan Campbell didn't yell at me to get up when it was my turn to take a weekend trip. Instead, he microwaved my breakfast and went to the company by himself.
I was exhausted after getting pregnant. I didn't get enough sleep before going to work. I didn't get out of bed until eleven a.m. today. When I noticed the time, I assumed my phone was broken.
I ate the breakfast he left behind at midday, which was far superior to my typical lunch. After all, when I'm alone, I frequently eat quick noodles.
Lying on the sofa in the living room, watching TV for a bit, admiring the beautiful weather outdoors, changing clothes, and I impulsively walking to the flower shop to buy some potted plants and seeds.
Ryan Campbell returned at 5:30 and spotted me busy on the balcony. "What are you up to?"
I turned my back on him and became silent.
Ryan Campbell stepped over and looked at the mud she had formed, thinking that the small girl enjoyed making these flowers and plants and didn't mind her. "I have to go back at 7,00 in the evening, Grandpa's eightieth birthday, my clothes are at your door, tidy up myself, and leave out at 6,30," she simply stated.
My hand paused briefly before returning to usual. I could hear it, but I didn't want to talk to him.
Ryan Campbell didn't linger long before returning to his place.
When I lived alone, I always felt like there was something missing. It's great to have a girl that enjoys pounding.
He sat in the living room reading financial publications, while she worked on potted plants on the balcony. The crash sound of pottery made him feel like he wasn't alone in this house from time to time.
He urged me to change at six o'clock.
He handed me a lotus pink skirt with a little V-neck and a high waist that won't suffocate my stomach. The style is lovely, and the size is appropriate.
Ryan Campbell stood beside the door, staring at me up and down. For the first time, he chose clothes for a lady and was concerned that they were unsuitable.
Ryan Campbell's pov
She is so amazing!
She is not tall, sand she has white skin. This little face with delicate facial characteristics is incredibly adorable, except when she is angry and swearing.
Ryan Campbell hung the gift, shut the door, and came up behind me, saying, "This is for Grandpa later, just pretend you purchased it."
I looked down and sighed inwardly because he was really cautious. All of this was taken into account, but my expression indicated that I didn't care.
It was around seven o'clock when I arrived at the residence. I grabbed his hand in mine and entered the field at his request. I've always felt compelled to meet his relatives tonight.
I delivered a gift to Grandpa with Ryan Campbell, and with Ryan Campbell, he met many people, elders at home and friends at work.
Only his family knew I was Ryan Campbell's wife, and the rest of them didn't seem to be interested, perhaps thinking I was Ryan Campbell's date or something.
"If you're tired of walking, go over there and sit for a while. I'll go buy you some food."
I don't know anyone here. All night, my cheeks will be stiff with laughter. It's preferable to locate a quiet area and sit down to await.
Ryan Campbell promised to bring me food, but he didn't show there for quite some time. I got up and went foraging by myself after being pestered and talked by an acquaintance.
There was plenty of food in the food section. I was avaricious. On the plate, I placed a snack. When I was ready to return with a drink, Mrs. Campbell appeared out of nowhere, snatched what I was holding, and exclaimed, "I've been looking for you everywhere, Irene. Ryan, why are you here by yourself?"
I was taken aback, looked around, and thought, "Perhaps he went to chat with his pals."
The viewpoint of Irene Nadine
"Why don't you tell me that you're pregnant. How can you eat these foods when pregnant? Go, I have prepared meals for you."
I chuckled, and couldn't resist Mrs. Campbell. I looked at the food I had just installed before leaving. I haven't even tried a bite. It's a pity...
"Auntie!" Just as I sighed in my heart, a woman's voice rang out from the crowd made Mrs. Campbell stop, and I turned to face her. I wasn't expecting Kathy Clark.
Today, she dresses much more simply, and the makeup on her face is much lighter. She looks stunning in a white gown.
Mrs. Campbell came to a halt and gazed at her. "Are you here, Kathy?"
"Well, I was late because of the road traffic. I brought Grandpa some wine that he enjoyed."
Mrs. Campbell explained, "Please give it to me. I'll deliver it to him later. I'm not going to talk to you today because there are so many people." Mrs. Campbell then escorted me away.
"Where is Mr. Campbell, Auntie?"
Mrs.Campbell added hastily, "Ryan is really busy today. He and his father meet a large number of people. You just find a location to sit and eat."
Kathy Clark replied , and her smile vanished when she turned her back.
Mrs.Campbell led me to the inner hall, where the hot dinner was already on the table. "Mom isn't sure what you like to eat, so I asked someone to cook something simple for you. Simply choose what you like."
With ten or more dishes, this is pretty lavish for me.
I didn't worry about Kathy Clark's appearance when I picked up my chopsticks, but Mrs. Campbell took the initiative to bring it up, saying, "Irene, don't get me wrong, that girl right now is simply Ryan's buddy."
" Mom, I didn't care," I instantly grinned and shook my head.
"That's fine. Mom is worried that you'll be too thoughtful." Mrs. Campbell then cleared up my confusion
"Ryan and she grew up together, and she is constantly bothering Ryan. We have a nice relationship with her family, and we don't want to disgrace the girl."
"You eat. I'll go find Ryan and ask him to lunch. He disliked those sugary treats when he was younger."
Mrs. Campbell muttered and walked away, while I hurried through my dinner since I didn't want to eat at the same table as Ryan Campbell later.
Yet Ryan Campbell strolled in less than a minute later, wearing a black suit that appeared ordinary but had a particular appeal to it.
He instructed the servant to fill a dish of rice before turning around and saying, "Eat more."
"Hello, Mr. Campbell!" High heels could be heard behind me. I didn't turn my head tracing the sound.
A white figure sat down next to him, saying, "I've been looking for you everywhere."
"What exactly do you want me to do?" Ryan Campbell, lukewarm with the food in his hand, inquired.
"My new film is set to be launched tomorrow. Let's all go see it together."
"I'm not free."
I buried my head and listened to them. I assumed it would not involve me. "Sister, why don't we go?" said Kathy Clark, abruptly turning the conversation .
I definitely didn't anticipate that. Ryan Campbell's voice interrupted my response "She, too, is pressed for time. Find another person."
"Well, Mr. Campbell, you will accompany her, and I thought you would take me to the movies," Kathy Clark said, looking perplexed.
Ryan Campbell understood, but he probably didn't care.
Kathy Clark grumbled for a bit. Finally, she sat down for dinner, and I heard something from it. I don't think about the truth or falsity of what Kathy Clark said, but I can tell this woman isn't as simple as she appears, and every word had another meaning. The hidden intention appears to be to highlight how fantastic Ryan Campbell used to be with her.
I went after eating under the guise of looking for water to drink. Ryan Campbell wanted to pursue , but he was distracted by the visitors. He looked in the direction of me ,but I had already left.
He is concerned with the large number of people, what if I fell down accidentally?
Kathy Clark appeared beside me after following my lead. "I have a message for you," she continued. "Please take a seat."
I went out of my way to find a tucked-away spot, but I didn't want Ryan Campbell to discover it.
I wasn't afraid of anything, so I sat down with her.
"We have not yet officially introduced each other. What's the name ?"
"Irene Nadine."
Kathy Clark responded with a smile, "You are aware of who I am, correct? But Ryan never told you anything about me, did he?"
I didn't make any sound, I just listened to her silently, thinking there was nothing else to do but listen to gossip stories.
"Mr. Campbell and I have been friends for eight years. At the time, I was fourteen years old. He was always there for me and helped me a lot. Nothing is hidden from you. I really like him."
Although I had such a guess in my heart, hearing her say so is still a bit unexpected, after all, this woman has many lovers.
"How did you meet Mr. Campbell? I've never seen you before."
"He was head over heels in love with me at first sight." I responded with what Ryan Campbell had previously told me to say.
Kathy Clark stared at me with scorn and said, "Do you expect to remain together for a long time? He's simply fresh to you, and before you know it, you'll be nothing."
"At least I'm still his wife," I said indifferently.
"I'll see how long you can be proud of yourself. Mr. Campbell must have married me as the last person!"
"I'm looking forward to it." I wish Kathy Clark can get Ryan Campbell's heart so that I could be free.
However, Ryan Campbell does not appear to be interested in Kathy Clark, and I don't know if he acted this way in front of me on purpose or by accident. He appears to be especially irritable with Kathy Clark.
