Leila Reid, a local bookstore owner, promised her dying grandpa she’d marry and have kids. It all falls apart when her husband, Eric, cheats on her on their wedding day. In desperation to fulfill her promise, she sleeps with a callboy named Mark, unaware that he's actually Matthew Callaway, a billionaire hotel conglomerate, Eric’s long-term friend…and her business nemesis. To get her son to call off the wedding, the female lead reveals the villain’s true, malicious motives for marrying him. With the female lead holding power that could bankrupt them with a single call, the villain is betrayed by her family and friends one after another. Finally, her own infidelity is exposed publicly. The male lead sees through her, cancels the wedding, and the villain ends up being brought to justice and losing everything.
