During Eric and Grace's wedding anniversary party, Grace's stepsister Amanda suddenly appears and demands that Grace give Eric back to her, shocking everyone at the party. Amanda devises a way to purposely make Grace fall, which causes Grace to have a miscarriage. Instead of looking after Grace, her husband instead leaves with Amanda in his arms.
