The Secret of the Female Nurse

The story begins when I was an intern at the hospital.

Senior year, following my professor's recommendation, I started my internship at a secondary hospital.

Unexpectedly, during my first night shift, I fell into a gentle haven.

Because there weren't many patients in the department, by around one o'clock, I had nothing to do, so I sat on the bed in the duty room playing "Honor of Kings."

After winning a game, I suddenly noticed a fragrant scent filling my nostrils, and when I looked up, a graceful figure appeared in front of me.

Upon focusing my gaze, it was our department's nurse, Zhao Xiaoyu.

Zhao Xiaoyu may not be tall, but she's pure and adorable-looking, and adding a light makeup enhances her appearance. Her impressive figure can't be concealed even by loose nurse scrubs; she's undeniably one of the most beautiful in the entire hospital.

She's quite lively, often jokes with me, so we're pretty familiar with each other.

"Wow, has our great doctor carried the team again?"

I waved my hand and looked up to ask.

"Don't mention it, with these pig teammates, even the top player in the country would be wasted."

"Do any patients need medication?"

"The ones for tomorrow morning, no rush, let's team up for some games."

With a beauty accompanying me, I was naturally delighted.

She took out her phone, and the two of us started gaming. Not only is Zhao Xiaoyu good-looking, but she's also excellent at games, supporting me as I quickly carried the team.

As she left, she blew me a kiss and swayed away.

I lay on the bed in the duty room, feeling as if I were dreaming, amazed that I had won the goddess of the department.

What surprised me even more was that there was an even bigger surprise waiting for me.

Although we had that incident the other night, when I sent her WeChat messages over the past two days to try and establish a relationship, she didn't express her opinion—even seemed a little aloof.

During the day, when I went to the nurse's station to find her, she was just like before, joking around, and sometimes told me dirty jokes, seemingly unintentionally.

I began to feel maybe it was because I hadn't made my feelings clear, so I confessed to her.

She neither agreed nor refused.

This attitude made my heart feel a bit uncomfortable. Clearly, we'd already done that sort of thing, and she said she liked me, so why was she acting like this now?

Maybe she was just playing with me and didn't really like me at all.

I turned around and saw Zhao Xiaoyu. She was standing at the stairwell nearby.
