Chapter 3

The next morning Allison's POVI had breakfast with Andrew and Adele before Andrew and I left for training."Alison, the structure of our flock is a little different from your flock. Here we have two centers, one for training and one with offices, and both are a little further away from each other.""I understand." We headed towards one of the buildings and entered the opening of one of the large rooms, or it was like a hall that contained much sports equipment, and there were a number of people training."Okay, let me introduce this Finn, who is the captain of the warriors, and this is the vice-leader of the White Crescent Flock, Alison." Andrew introduced me to a burly man who reached out to me to extend my hand to him as well and shake his hand."Nice to meet you, Mr. Finn." I told him."Me too, Miss Alison.""Just Alison," I said, beckoning to me."Then where am I going to put Alison under your care from now on?""Don't worry," he replied."Alison, I'll be sitting there," he gestured to the chairs."I know, but I just want to see first if you get along with everyone.""Why? Aren't you going to work in your sixth home? The beta is busy," I told him."You're worried that someone might do something?""Sort of. I don't want your brother to come and chop off my head if something bad happens to you." "Come on, Andrew, go to work. Didn't you say I wasn't a child?""Yes, but you will still be a child to me and your brother." "Till when??""Maybe until you meet your mate." Companion?  Another sensitive topic for me. I watched him as he headed to one of the chairs before Finn pointed out to a group of warriors to gather in front of him. I can tell that it is one age group."Alison, it's the 16-year-old," he explained to me, while everyone stood in front of him, waiting for his orders, about people."You mean the category that will switch soon?""Yes, you are right. They were all created in the same month, and after this month they will complete their conversion age.""I understand that's why they need to train more. What about their school?""Don't worry, their daily program has been prepared to match their school and training as well." "OK""Then from today until thirty days, Alison will train you; she belongs to the herd of the White Crescent. I expect you to respect and do your best.""Then Allison, I'm going to the other training. Here are the methods we use in our training, and if you need anything, you can just ask me," Finn said to me."Okay, thank you." I replied to go.I quickly looked at the papers and found that they were almost the same as our methods. I looked up at the people who had become my students."Hello, as Mr. Finn introduced you, my name is Allison, and from today onwards I am your coach. Any question about me you can ask now before we start our training." I looked at them to find a young man raising his hand and putting a side smile on his face. "Help yourself.""I just have a question: how are you going to train us? I don't mean to offend, but you look too young to be a coach. Coaches are more than their students, and they can beat them." "So what do you want us to do?"  I asked him, and I know what he means."You can fight me," said "Okay, then go ahead." I agreed to move forward. I put my things on the floor and stood facing him. "What's your name?"  I asked him.Jack answered me to take a fighting position, but I stood in my place, advanced quickly, and began to attack, and in every attack I avoided with ease, I noticed that he was starting to get angry, and I attacked him at this moment and put my leg behind his leg and pressed one of his shoulders to make his balance upset and fall."You're dead," I told him, and I pinned him to the ground and stood up to see everyone looking in amazement. "Well, first lesson for you: never, ever underestimate the strength of your opponent, whatever his appearance or gender. Understandable?" I said in my voice, which made it more rough. "Yes." They answered me with one voice."Well, uh, Jack, for your information. We are trained, not because we can beat our students, but because we have gained and tested many things that you don't know yet, and we are trying to teach you. Is that clear?"  I told him as I extended my hand to him to help him get up from the ground, "Hold my hand and stand up.""Concept of my coach." He replied, lowering his head respectfully and smiling. Respect for werewolves is earned by your actions. I knew such a situation would happen."Then start the warm-ups for ten minutes, which starts from now," I yelled for their warm-ups to start. I felt like something was staring at me. I turned to see Andrew; of course he's still here. I forgot about it.I walked over to him and found him smiling a big smile."I'm proud of you; you're really grown up," he said while hugging me. "Then can you go to work now?" "Yes, I'm going now. We'll meet in the evening. Can you come back alone?""Okay, I see you can; I'm going." I watched him walk out of the hall to go back to my training. We lasted for three hours before stopping for lunch."Come with me, I'll show you the cafeteria; it's in the herd's house. We eat there," Finn told me. "Okay, thank you." We left the station to go to the herd house. We entered and went to the dining hall, and there was a buffet. I grabbed a tray and started taking my food. When I finished, I started looking for an empty place. I found an empty table far from overcrowded. I went to take it and started eating my food until I found someone sitting across from me."Hello, I'm Sam, and I'm also a coach. I've seen you before with the Beta Andrew, and I've seen you in the center too, and I like your courage.""Hi, I'm Alison." I replied to finish my meal. I ignore it. I don't like making friends, and I don't think about changing that yet."Then what herd are you from?" he asked, and here we are."White Crescent Flock""Do you have a boyfriend? I don't think so, because you don't have a tag, so you must have a boyfriend.""Then I conclude from your silence that there is no one." He said, smiling as if he had heard the news of his success. "Yes, and I'm thinking of making it as long as possible," I replied, his smile falling down. "Okay then, I'll let you finish your meal, but let me just tell you that I'm not giving up," he said, picking up his plate and going. I looked at Finn, who was sitting at the table across from me with some other people who must have overheard our conversation."Don't worry about him; his personality is like that, even though you did a good job by keeping him away." Finn told me to nod. I finished my food and decided to take a walk around.

Chapter 4

Andrew's POV I walked into the Alpha office after letting Allison know she'd be fine. "Where are you late?" he asked with his usual coldness while I was still standing at the door. "I was introducing Alison around," I replied. "Okay, are you going to start training today?" "You've already started it, and let me tell you, William, she's amazing," I said, smiling, and walking toward him. I saw him sniff and look at me. "What is that smell? Where have you been?" "What smell?" "There is a strange smell on you, although it is not bad." "It must be Alison's smell; it's the strange smell." He gestured to me before returning to his papers, and I sat across from him, still smiling. "How long will you keep smiling?" he asked me. "You really ruined my moments. I'm so proud of my little sister." "We have a job. Look at these files. These individuals want to join our herd. Some of them belong to other herds. Some of them do not specify where they are from. Check where they are, and then let's see who we will agree to enter." He gave me the file to open it and start working. "You know you have your own big office," he told me. "But I like sitting here with my friend," I replied, looking back at his work. He's been my friend since he and I were created in the same year. I know what William went through was not easy, and the worst is that he's still going through it. He is so lonely he does not allow anyone to come near his life but me. He is a wonderful alpha who cares for his flock, and they are happy under his rule. I just hope that there will come a time when he can find happiness and comfort one day perhaps. "That time will never come." William interrupted my thoughts when he heard what I was thinking. Hey, stop reading my mind. "Then turn off your telepathy," he replied, annoyed to shut us down. I usually leave him when I'm with him, not like there's anything to hide from him. I sat doing the work for hours until I heard a knock on the door for William to let me in. Finn came forward. "It's report time." "Then come on," William said to him, leaving his hand and focusing on Finn as he gave today's report on the border guards, warriors, and the number of exercises. "Good, just take the necessary precautions; I don't want the Rogues to come close to our area." "Alpha concept." He lowered his head respectfully. "How is Alison?" I asked him when he finished his report. "It's good; I think you know that," he replied, smiling. "Yes, but where is she now? I forgot about her. Did she eat her food?" "Yes, I took her with me during lunch, but I think she's the type who doesn't like gatherings." "Why?" "She chose to sit down by herself, even though she wasn't left alone. Sam came." "Did he harass her? "It's good that you told me. I'll make him stay away from her." I cut him off. "No need to do that; Alison did the homework and kicked him off her desk in five minutes." I started laughing at what he told me; of course it was Alison. "She is such a person who does not like to mingle very much. I hope you understand her a little." "Of course, then, Alpha Beta, I'm going now." He walked out of the room, and before I got back to work, I heard a knock on the door again, for one of the guards to enter. "Peta, I looked for you, but you weren't in your office." "I'm here. What's the matter?" "There's a little problem among the herd. Shall we go to your office so we don't turn on the Alpha?" "It's okay; I'll find out whatever," William told him. "There is a case of assault, and the assailants are outside waiting to report it," the guard said to both of us. "Get them in." I told him to go outside and come back with three young men who had wounds, but they were only superficial. Nothing dangerous. They will only be treated after hours. We heal faster than humans. "What is the matter?" I asked them. "Peta, we have been assaulted," someone said. "Who's who?" "I don't know who she is, but I think she's a new coach; I saw her standing with Finn during lunch." He means Allison. "Where?" William asked to look at him. "Behind the herd's house," he replied. Watching William and his eyes change is evidence that he is telepathic with someone. "What is the reason?" I asked them. "There is no reason, Beta; we were passing, and she was there, and we tried to get to know her, but she started attacking us." I started laughing at their completely unconvincing reason. ""William, let me tell you one thing. Alison will never attack anyone without a compelling reason, or if someone touches her first, they are lying." Sent to him telepathically "I know, do you think I'd believe a bunch of kids?" He answered me with a smile. He must have a plan. I like when he's so much smarter. "I'll call Alison to come here." Since Alison does not belong to our herd, I cannot communicate with her by telepathy. I called and asked to come over and explained the exact location. "Well, you have five minutes to tell me the truth, and if you don't, there will be dire consequences, and you will not like it, but if you tell me the truth, I can think again or reduce your sentence." William spoke, and they looked at each other. "We are really telling the truth," he replied. "Your last chance." William warned them before we heard the knock on the door for the guards to enter. "Beta, there's someone who wants to meet you." "Get her in." As Alison walked into the office, she glanced at the three of them, letting out a sarcastic laugh before stopping, or rather, freezing in place when her eyes met William's. I looked at William, who was looking at her with the same look of shock, and I knew what was happening—that she was his companion. That's why he asked me about the smell that sticks to me. It was Alison's smell when I hugged her that attracted him. Inside me right now I'm dancing from happiness. I mean, my best friend deserves the best, and the best is with Alison, and for whom I'm sure she's the right person.
