He Drowned Me in Pain, I Rose Like a Queen Chapter 1

On the eve of the anniversary, my son and I went out to sea for a trip, but unexpectedly the yacht hit a woodpile and sank.

My husband, who was a lifeguard, saved my son, but went to save the little girl who fell into the water without looking back.

I did not call for help and let myself drown in the endless sea.

In the previous life, because of my screams, he dropped Myrna in the water and turned around to save me.

Both the baby in my belly and I survived, but his childhood sweetheart drowned in the sea.

My husband and son seemed calm on the surface, but on the night of the funeral, they worked together to drag me onto the yacht.

The son I desperately gave birth to handed my husband a blunt knife with a ferocious expression and yelled, "It's all your fault for killing Aunt Myrna, you must pay with your life!"

My husband raised the dagger high, a bloodthirsty smile on his face and scolded, "It's all your fault that you used the child to trip me up and caused Myrna to lose her life. You two should die together!"

He madly stabbed me ninety-nine times until I bled to death.

When I opened my eyes again, I was back to the day I went out to sea.

——

The cabin was shaking violently and people on the deck were running towards the lifeboat in panic.

The yacht hit the reef and was slowly sinking.

I had just woken up from the trance of rebirth. The crowd was crowded and I subconsciously bent my body to protect my bulging belly and my son behind me.

Suddenly, there was a commotion in the team and there was a sudden push. Several passengers and I stumbled and fell into the sea.

The surging waves drowned my breath. I tried my best to float to the surface, but was swept away by the waves and hit the rocks hard.

My abdomen was cramped and my face turned pale in an instant.

The dense water plants wrapped around my ankles like snakes. I tried to pull them out, but my calves were cramped.

My son, Oliver Dorsey, was standing on the boat, staring at my miserable appearance expressionlessly, without a trace of warmth in his dark eyes.

The rescue boat arrived at this moment and my husband, Franklin Dorsey, brought several lifeguards to the rescue.

After he rescued his son, he swam straight behind me without even looking at me.

I knew that the person behind me was his childhood sweetheart, Myrna Haynes.

When they swam past me, I could clearly hear Franklin comforting Myrna softly, “Don't be afraid, Myrna. I am here to save you."

He coaxed his beloved tenderly, seeming to forget that his wife, with whom he had been married for five years, was still drifting on the sea.

It was the Deputy Captain who spotted me and said, "Frank, isn't that Jenna?"

Franklin frowned impatiently. He met my gaze and his eyes, which had once been full of tenderness, were then filled with indifference.

"Jenna, you can obviously swim, why are you pretending? I saved Myrna first because she can't swim. Can you please stop making a fuss? Hurry and swim over here!"

Myson also echoed coldly, “Don't pretend. It's embarrassing that you are still jealous of Myrna at this time!"

"I have a leg cramp."

Franklin's eyes flashed with understanding and he sneered, "Jenna, can you understand the situation? Now all the passengers on the ship are waiting for me to rescue them. I don't have time to play this jealous game with you!"

After he finished speaking, he directed his teammates to bypass me and save others.

I stroked my aching belly in self-mockery, since I did not expect that I would be reborn at this time.

In my previous life, I also fell into the water.

At that time, I directly called out Franklin's name.

He swam towards me with the lifeguards, so he did not hear Myrna's call from behind who was drowned in the waves.

Myrna became the only one who died in the shipwreck.

However, Franklin hugged me and my son tightly, crying and saying that he was very glad to have saved our family.

But on the night of Myrna's funeral, he broke my kneecap and dragged me, bleeding profusely, onto the yacht where Myrna died.
