Sucy said, "Soon."
Ella's pulse was pounding so hard that her hands were trembling as she strolled along the peaceful road.
She's been on the road for a while, but she still hasn't managed to meet anybody.
Due of the eerie silence, she was terrified to travel there alone. She couldn't believe it was the same bustling street she'd heard so much traffic on before. This time, it seemed as if she was passing through a desolate wood.
It's incomprehensible that her own family would treat her this way. Put her in danger of dying by herself? Why??
She hoped not to perish in the process. Knowing that the King had a solid cause for ordering a lockdown made her even more terrified of being discovered.
She approached the cave cautiously and nervously, her hands wrapped about her shoulders. A squeaking noise startled her, but when she looked up she saw that it was simply a bird passing above. Oh! Only the Spirits can keep the bad guys away from her.
As she walked on, the chirpings and squeaking just made her more nervous.
When she saw the cave ahead of her, her eyes welled up with tears. Oh..! Suddenly, she appeared. Yes, she did it!
She shed a tear of relief and started sprinting in its direction. Suddenly, though, she halted when she heard a sound that wasn't made by birds, insects, or any other flying creature.
No.
This, she knew for sure, she thought. It sounded like a howl; a howl that could only have come from a wolf.
Ella felt a tightness in her chest. Her amazement was palpable as she abruptly spun around to have a peek.
Wow, what a yell....
Like only a wolf could howl. A Wolf!!
No ..!
The woman said, "Oh," and cupped her palms to her heart.
She had a nagging feeling that something was about to harm her.
She quickly reversed course and headed back in the direction of the cave.
A second scream sounded, this one stronger, and it caused Ella to grimace. Her anxiety and tension had fused into a one overwhelming emotion, and it was making her pulse race. After this it was undeniable that a wolf was in the area. And why is that, exactly? Where??
Surely there couldn't be no one else defying the King's instructions but her, could there? Why, therefore, would the wolf be howling to draw attention to itself?
Her brow sweated as she made up her mind to ignore the problem and go on into the cave. She was quite anxious and urgently need transportation.
"You'll go home with the leaves safely, and this will never happen again."She said to herself.
When she reached the cave, she saw that the olive leaves were thriving after receiving only a little water. Yes.!
With a deep breath, she pulled up three and turned around to keep sprinting, this time toward home. However, as she turned around, she saw something out of her worst nightmares.
Her pupils widened and glowed with surprise as she peered at the beast before her. A wolf.!!
There, gazing directly at her.
The Wolf in front of her whimpered, its crimson eyes filling Ella with terror.
She backed up, her voice trembling. And like an antelope, she whirled and bolted in the other direction. She was being pursued by the wolf, as shown by its snarl and the rapid movement of its paws.
No.!
Her mouth was gaping as she gasped for air. As the barking and racing paws became closer and louder, a terrified Ella felt something yank her off her feet. "Arghhhh....!"
As she fell heavily, the olive leaves she had been holding flew from her hands, and her scream reverberated through the woods.
She rolled over on the ground and made eye contact with the most terrifying and stunningly gorgeous creature she had ever seen.
Scary because she thought it would eventually kill her and devour her.
As she gazed at it, her whole body shook with an indescribable terror. Its fiery, threatening eyes were fixed on her as it stood quite near. Radiant red.... Within seconds, Ella let out a gasp. A crimson light in the eyes is a sign of an Alpha. Please don't tell me that's true. She recoiled on her haunches, staring at its face the whole while. "Please.." A tear trickled down her face as she sobbed. Ella was too terrified to scream as the wolf let out a resounding growl and bared his sharp teeth. She was sure to die as a result of it...! She looked death in the eye, and it stared back.
"Please..!" Again she moaned and took a few steps backwards while crawling. However, the Wolf advanced until it was so near that it totally engulfed her, rendering her immobile.
To Ella, it was clear that he intended to injure or kill her. To her surprise, she was unable to deduce the reason he hadn't started doing it.
He raised his declaw and gave her arm a painful scratch. The but
She was paralyzed by terror and couldn't even lift the pot's cover.
It resided in one of the vampire community's clutches and held the title of "Most Powerful" among all of them.
Riverlake,
King William, leader of the vampires, sat on his throne, canine fangs sunk deep into the woman's neck as he suckled her and she moaned.
There were a total of six covens for the vampires, each of which was home to one of seven distinct vampire clans known as Clutches. There was a Vampire Lord in charge of each of the six Clutches, but it was common knowledge that King William's clutch was the most powerful of the bunch.
Before King William took reign, there was a highly strong VampLord who was eventually slain. Since his corpse was never located, the circumstances of his death remain unknown. But after he was gone, strong King William seized control.
He had superhuman abilities: superhuman strength, superhuman senses of sight, hearing, smell, and hunger. Whenever he was hungry, he could sense a person's pulse from thousands of meters away.
He was really 250 years old, albeit he seemed to be no more than 50.
A simple human would view him and appreciate him to be a wonderful young guy; they'd have no clue he was really someone that was over a hundred years old.
Let's return to the woman sitting on his laps....
A few of his guys had to go a long trip to a nearby Village full of simple people only to bring him a human they caught themselves. He'd been so hungry and wouldn't know what to do if they hadn't grabbed the human.
"Mmmm..!" The woman wailed as his teeth dug into her and drained more blood. After what seemed like an eternity, the woman no longer felt anything but anguish.
When the sucker first begins sucking, it's thrilling, but eventually, it becomes too hungry and starts sucking more than you can handle.
Her expression sank into a frown when she felt the crack in her neck.
"No.!" Despite the fact that William wasn't exerting much effort, she still managed to put some pressure on his legs and make some progress.
In order to properly support her neck, he just needed to place one hand on her shoulders and the other around her tummy.
Despite her screams, he kept nursing until there was a barely perceptible gap between her head and neck. He threw her down when he saw she was already dead.
Quickly getting from his throne, he knelt by her lifeless corpse on the ground and wiped his left thumb over his lip.
He yelled and the large lad came sprinting towards him. The phrase "My Lord..!" He bowed. A caretaker, please attend to the body. Is my Mistress in her room?" Asked William.
"Yes, My Lord. I'd seen her walking in a while ago" Philix said and with a nod, William went away, going to visit his Mistress.
His mistress, Lady Kacy, was sitting on the bed in her chamber, reading the letter.
Her lips curved into a grin as she read the message; her sister had looked genuinely pleased to inform her that her co-wife had given birth to a girl, despite her earlier fears that the baby would be a boy.
Lady Kacy was overjoyed; she placed a high value on her sister's pleasure. Since her sister was her husband's first wife, she was opposed to the idea of anybody else taking her place. The sound of approaching feet reached her ears at that same moment. Her sense of hearing was suddenly heightened, and she realized that someone was rapidly approaching.
She hurriedly tucked the folded note inside her case. Then the VampLord appeared through the opened door. Oh..! It was obvious he was the one, yet she still missed him.
Immediately, she rose up, her eyes cast downward so she wouldn't have to confront him. She mumbled, "Greetings, My Lord." William exited the room silently and started walking towards her. His eyes had some leer.a hunger.
He walked up to her and hugged her calmly.
"Hmmm." She turned around and he smelled her shoulders before grabbing her behind.
Kacy's mind was racing with a lot of different things, the most prominent of which was unease. I don't think she did anything wrong, do you? She didn't, of course. Because of this, he has no justification for punishing her.
He put his hands on her abdomen and murmured, "You haven't come to visit me this morning."
"I'm. I'm sorry. Her lie went something like, "I was just on my way to your rooms." Not even my worst enemy would want me to spend the majority of my time with him. When at any moment he may have the opportunity to strike her.
She carefully chose her remarks around him so as not to upset him.
"King Spenser ordered his mountain to be sealed off from all traffic for a whole day." A question: "Are you aware of this?" After a few moments of kissing her earlobe, he finally asked. Kacy felt a shiver go through her body.
She said, "I heard the news yesterday."
"Mm.. And, more importantly, do you have any understanding what he means? when asked "why he ordered the lockdown, he remained silent." William said in a low voice, which threw Kacy off.
Not at this time, I'm sorry to say, My Lord. Nobody understands".
What makes you think I don't know? Given that Queen Olivia, your sister, is his first wife Are you no longer receiving information from her? Do you think I can't trust you anymore, or are you starting to conceal things from me?
Kacy's heart jumped at the hatred in his words. She didn't want to make him mad.
She said with a little waver, "Even my sister doesn't know,"
He abruptly shoved her to the bed, causing her to tumble into it with some force. Tho, she didn't get harmed.
"Take those garments off" he said harshly.
Her pulse was still racing, and she was still perspiring. Even as it fled, she still caught a glimpse of its wail. The mere thought of moving caused her great anxiety.
She kept telling herself, "Everything's OK, Ella; it's fine," but it wasn't helping.
The olive leaves caught her attention, and she crept over to them, picking them up with trembling hands as her breath caught.
Her stomach was turning and she felt a strong need to throw up. Nonetheless, there was no way she could pull it off. I wouldn't use that phrase out here. She turned to see where the wolf had gone, but it was gone and its howling had ceased.
She sprang up, declaring, "I'm going away; I'm rushing back home," with no additional hesitance or doubt, but with a palpable undercurrent of terror.
Jeremy, Spenser's brother and beta, leaned over the railing of the balcony. Olivia spotted him from a distance and realized he seemed stressed and preoccupied.
She had observed him intently from a distance before choosing to approach him.
He was a muscular man with icy grey eyes who maintained a permanent expression of sternness. When he became irritated, his face got worse and worse.
Why would God-like Beta have any cause for concern?
Olivia smiled brightly as she walked up to him and said abruptly.
Olivia has a one-of-a-kind pair of eyes that enhanced her beauty while she was being snarky or playful.
Jeremy made a few minor adjustments as he turned to face her. After that, he groaned and resumed resting against the rails.
He mumbled, "I guess you can go now if you're through."
As in, "Oh, really?" You don't have to take everything so personally, Jeremy," Olivia sneered. There was a moment as she grinned and stepped in beside him.
"Could you tell me where King Spenser went with his gamma and the Physician? "
This question only served to irritate Jeremy, who already felt marginalized. You've got the incorrect Olivia to pose that question to. He said, "I don't know."
"I see. Yet, I have to admit that is quite pitiful, you know? She spoke first. In other words, you should be prioritized above his gamma. If you're going to come after, explain why.
Jeremy's clenched fists were visible to her.
She groaned, "Oh, dear." Apparently, your mom tried and failed to make you his gamma instead of his beta. The only reason you have that title is because Spenser gave it to you; in reality, you're one of the lowest in the pack, if you ask me.
Stop talking, Olivia. And leave me alone!" he cried as he turned to her, his voice cracking with the intensity of his rage. Olivia laughed contemptuously and walked away, satisfied that she had accomplished her goal.
When thinking back on what they put her through since she couldn't have a son, it's safe to say that they deserved it. She wanted to cause as much pain as possible because of how they had treated her before: like garbage.
King Spenser stood quietly as his grandmother helped him put on his robe beside the river bank, where the water was gurgling down the bed and the crickets were chirping in the air.
No one had spoken for quite some time, and everyone save the witch, Sucy, seemed to be anxious.
"Why didn't it work?" After putting on the king's robe, Viscar inquired abruptly. The guard caught his eye, and he turned to Sucy. "Sucy, why didn't it work? If the curse can be broken, why can't it?
And how am I to know? The laughter of Sucy.
I did my part, all right? After all, you did say you were only testing the waters. And I swear on a stack of Bibles that it was going to work.
The gamma scratched the inside of his lower lip and held his arms outstretched. They weren't sure it would work, but they were willing to give it a go. And yet, he had kept his hopes up that it would.
"So what do we do now, Sucy? "Again, he faced her and posed the question.
"You should already know that I don't know. Sadly, it wasn't successful, and now I have to go back home. And remember what you said about not telling anybody, because if my sisters find out..."
"So you're simply going to leave?" The conversation was interrupted by Viscar.
They everyone became silent at the news. After then, King Spenser touched Viscar's chest.
That's alright, then; let's set off. After the murder, he turned and walked toward his horse.
Even though Sucy expected Viscar to have a temper, she was nevertheless let down.
She inched closer, her wide eyes meeting his.
She turned around and began walking back to her own horse, muttering, "I never thought you could be this ungrateful."
Sucy had already gotten on her horse and began riding away when Viscar calmed down, perhaps realizing he'd made a mistake in shouting at her.
