After the Vicious Sister-in-law Bullied My Whole Family Chapter 1

My sister-in-law, Kristine Martinez, wanted to take my mom to a cosmetic clinic.

A friend recommended it. Together, they would need to spend 700 thousand dollars.

I thought their obsession with beauty was excessive. I told my brother, and together we stopped them.

Kristine wasn't happy. She started targeting me openly and secretly.

When she got pregnant, my mom asked me to take good care of her. One day, while I was cleaning the windows, she pushed me hard out of the window.

"Mind your own business, okay?"

I fell from the ninth floor and died instantly.

My mom covered for Kristine, claiming it was an accident, and quickly buried me.

When I opened my eyes again, I was back on the day my mom and Kristine planned their breast augmentation.

This time, I grabbed my things and fled.

"Mom, I'll pay. You can enjoy it. I promise people will think we're sisters."

As soon as I opened my eyes, I heard Kristine talking to my mom.

She held a brochure, trying to convince my mom to get fillers with her.

"It's quick, only takes twenty minutes, and it's absolutely safe. No surgery needed."

Kristine loved beauty and spent a lot on it. My mom was tempted and casually asked how much it would cost.

"It's cheap. For the two of us, with a discount from a friend, only 700 thousand dollars."

My mom gasped, her eyes fixed on me.

I quickly looked down, accidentally knocking over a cup and spilling some water.

"Clumsy girl, you make me so mad every time I see you.

"Look at Kristine. She treats me so well. You'd never spend that kind of money on me."

My mom scolded me. I stayed silent, pretending I didn't hear.

In my previous life, I had already stood up to stop them and even called my brother to help.

We succeeded in stopping them, but it made Kristine hate me.

She pushed me off a high building, cursing me for meddling.

I died a horrible death, with my limbs twisted.

My mom always despised me for being quiet and dull, unlike the lively, wealthy Kristine. Even knowing I was murdered, she covered for Kristine, hiding the truth about my death.

Anger and hatred surged within me.

Watching my mom and Kristine laugh happily, I said nothing, keeping my head down.

Hearing them talk about going to the beauty clinic, I stood up and spoke loudly.

"Mom, I have to go out for a few days. I'm leaving soon."

My mom frowned in annoyance, rolling her eyes at me.

"Get lost, hurry up. You annoy me just by being here."

I nodded obediently, but a smile crept onto my face as I kept my head down.

Before leaving, I glanced at them, excitedly chatting on the couch, and whispered, "Mom, I'm leaving."

No one responded. They were already engrossed in their plans.

This time, I didn't stop them. They could go without worry.

I spent a few days in a nearby city, walking the streets alone, eating local snacks, and casually browsing rental listings.

Reborn, I no longer wanted to live under my mom and Kristine's thumb.

I stumbled upon a photo of Kristine on my phone. I paused.

My mom and Kristine, arms linked, smiled brightly, their chests proudly thrust forward. The comments were full of compliments.

I chuckled, commenting on the photo.

[Looking great. You really look like sisters. So beautiful.]

I couldn't help but laugh. I stared at the photo a bit longer.

700 thousand dollars for beauty. I hoped they enjoyed it.

When I returned, my brother opened the door, looking cheerful.

My mom proudly straightened up, her eyes smug.

"You're back. We are waiting for you to cook dinner.

"Why are you just standing there? Go cook. Stop dawdling."

I glanced at her chest and quietly agreed.

My brother came out, grinning as he hugged Kristine.

"Doesn't mom and Kristine look different now? So much prettier," he said proudly. "When we go out, people praise how beautiful my wife is and assume I'm a big boss."

My brother laughed happily. I nodded in agreement, making Kristine smile even more proudly.

My mom smiled, though her chest hurt a bit. She grimaced and urged me to the kitchen.

"Kristine, my chest feels a bit sore."

As soon as I left, my mom curled up, whispering to Kristine. Hearing this, I smirked.

Kristine reassured my mom. It had only been a couple of days, so slight discomfort was normal and would pass.

"Dad's been dead for years, Mom. You should live beautifully now.

"This is the price of beauty. Just bear with it."

Her words silenced my mom. She just rubbed her chest, groaning.

No one in the family, except me, seemed to notice anything wrong.

Even my brother was only focused on Kristine, looking lecherous.

I glanced back at the living room. My mom frowned, rubbing her chest, while Kristine, on video chat, proudly showcased her chest to her friends.

"I used the latest technique. It's all-natural collagen. The results are amazing.

"There's a discount if you're referred."

I served the food, watching my mom and Kristine eat heartily.

"Mom, I plan to move out. I found a rental close to work, more convenient for me," I said, setting down my bowl.

My mom picked at her food, her expression disdainful.

"That job of yours, no matter how long you work, it'll always be the same. Do whatever you want.

"But let me make it clear. Once you move out, don't come back looking for me."

Gripping my fork tightly, I smiled and nodded.

As I left, my mom and Kristine followed me. They didn't help, just watching as I moved my things. Kristine was already planning to turn my room into a study.

Their behavior drew stares from neighbors.

Kristine strutted, chested out, and sulked, "What are you looking at? Never seen a woman before?"
